I participated in an Unstoppable Domains referral promotion advertised on NamePros.

The promotion described the referrer’s reward as $1 per qualifying domain transfer, or $2 per transfer if more than 25 domains were transferred. It did not clearly state that this separate referrer reward would be issued as Promo Credits expiring after only 30 days.

I challenged the expiration immediately when the reward was issued in August 2025.

The Growth Team initially told me that expired credits could be added back and later stated that one or two exceptions could be made. I never received or used an exception.

I logged into my account on March 19, 2026 and specifically recall that the balance was still displayed. On July 17, I logged in again, discovered that the balance had disappeared, and contacted the company that same day.

The company refused reinstatement because it said many months had passed. However, it did not provide:

the exact reward amount;
the Promo Credit ledger;
the assigned expiration date;
the date the credits actually became unusable;
the date the balance disappeared;
or the account status on the two login dates.

Technical Support stated that the request would be discussed with the Growth Team. After no update was provided, I sent a final internal follow-up.

Support replied that the Growth Team’s decision was final and that it could provide no further assistance. It still did not provide the requested account records.

I believe the missing balance may have been close to $200, but I cannot verify the amount because the expired-credit and referral history is not visible in my account.

I requested only:

A complete accounting;
Confirmation of the exact unused balance and removal date; and
One reinstatement for 30 days.

I am not requesting cash, indefinite credits or repeated renewals.

I will update this review if Unstoppable Domains provides the records or resolves the matter fairly.

I spent 5 minutes trying to figure out how to register a new domain. I don't know if this has been turned into an AI website or what.
Don't overdo it with adding features that are unrelated to the field.

They bombard you with AI notifications that are impossible to turn off. Even if you follow their instructions to turn notifications off, your settings are ignored. 🚮

I receive many many many russian phishing emails from Unstoppable Domains IANA ID4326

I suddenly lost $366 because the auto-renewal feature was enabled without me realizing it. The money was saved with great difficulty, but the no-refund policy is strict and inflexible, especially for regular users.

I understand the need for advance notices, but the current system simply punishes the user for forgetting to disable the auto-renewal option without any exceptional warning before the charge. This policy might be fair to companies, but it is harsh on individuals for whom such amounts can be life-changing.

Unstoppable domains recently decided to move away from web3 domains essentially turning their backs on every early investor who bought into their lies, fraud and scam. This is 100% a criminal organization in my opinion but we will see how a judge and jury feels about them taking TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS from people and then telling them the "domains" they bought that were supposed to be ours "For life" won't be supported any longer and are worthless. As an early investor- not only did I lose over $15,000+ from the purchase of the domains but almost the same amount that I paid in gas fees to claim the domains to my wallet which was paid when ETH was a fraction of the price it is now. If I still had the amount of ETH I paid in gas fees in my wallet Im guessing it would equate to WELL OVER $150,000-$250,000 at today's prices. And a personal note to Matthew, Brad and Sandy- if you think you are going to get away with this, you are sadly mistaken. We will not let this go. This is the calm before the storm. Hope you all are ready.

This is an entirely fraudulent seller of ICANN top-level domains. In my case, they sold me four .brave domains, none of which can be accessed or used by any means. They are located in Germany and there is no way to contact them unless you buy a German email account at mailbox.org. All you can do is block them at your bankcard so that they can't auto-renew. Your money is permanently gone.

Bought a domain from someone on here. Unstoppable Domains reversed the sale a day later, giving it back to the seller and refunding me (seller is now trying to sell it to me again for more). Seems like a good platform to make a deal, but would suggest moving your domain off of them as soon as possible as you don’t really own your domain.

I had a really smooth experience with Unstoppable Domains. The process of buying and managing my domain was simple and straightforward, even for someone not super technical. I like that it’s a one-time purchase with no renewal fees, which makes it feel like real ownership. Their interface is clean, and everything works as expected. Definitely a great option if you're exploring Web3 domains!

This platform has demonstrated significant growth recently; I hope it maintains this impressive momentum.

Horrible registrar. They cant set my own nameservers to my domain name. Think twice before you purchase any domain from UD.

I’m one of the many Bulgarians whose domains are now blocked. I made the mistake of choosing this provider because it was cheaper. Trust me—it’s not worth it. My domains are completely unusable now, and I can’t even update the name servers. Buy your domains from a different registrar. Saving $2–3 upfront will end up costing you far more in the long run.

Years ago I bought dozens of .coin domains from them. Then they just stopped supporting them. Turns out they were using a different blockchain and had no right to sell them. Still not sure if they sell domains without checking - or if it was intentional to grab our money. I feel scammed.
