To be honest, very disappointed with their service- poor knowledge in Google policy, bad quality service: play dead when the service goes wrong.... And too much over-priced for their service(you can easily find any similar services on Freelancer for $100 ...)

Here is the story:
Signed contract with them in Feb, the owner know little about Google Merchant policy, all he did is trying to apply new account trying to dodge from Google system.

When it finally came to the problem after they chargedus for the cost(yes, over $2700 USD for their service fee), they immediately play dead...

My point of view is: Stay away from this service unless you only paid for $100 for their service. Any amount more than that will make you like been ripped off.

Find a Google policy specialist who is professional in this industry, NOT this unlicenced services, as they even don't know what they're doing.

I was working with Jordan specifically for months, without payment until we got a verified GMC. This man has the dedication and resilience of steel and made sure my GMC was good before even discussing payments after the initial day. With that only I would haven given him a 5/5, but I had a question a month later and he was quick to provide aid. Stand-up guy!

i cant really recommend this company so far. its been months and still no active merchant center. they also lie on their website stating that they will provide a replica merchant center when they in fact dont.

This team are just what they advertise on their website and a pleasure to work with. Like many other business owners I inexplicably had my google merchant center suspended for vague reasons and this team helped me become aware of everything I needed to do to get it approved and back in business. We all know that Google is strict about their policies and will suspend your account if you do something wrong. Well, after spending MONTHS with other companies trying to figure out why my Google account was suspended, I finally found you guys. And to my surprise, you were able to solve my problem in 10 days.. You guys are awesome.

They did a great job at getting my account unbanned quickly! They were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for any google adwords issues.

Business is back and running
My account was banned for misrepresentation. I contacted the team via email, and my account was not only fixed, but it looks like it was set up to prevent any future suspensions as well. It actually works.

These guys are the best

As an ecommerce store owner running google ads it is an absolute must that you find an unsuspension service that you can trust. You never know when Google will decide to swing the banhammer.

I gave Unsuspend Merchant Center a try and talked to Stephen for a while - I cannot recommend him enough. Stephen and his team were able to solve my issue much faster than expected (and every issue since) and I have been using them regularly in my business.

I was very suspicious about their service as I tried many times with others to get my accounts back... But I’ve seen that they ask you to pay only when the merchant is up and running. Which is pretty unusual.
I jumped, nothing to loose and… surprise !
After 10 days of process, account green and ready to run. Amazing.
Since then account is still alive.

This company and Jordan himself were completely professional, top notch, and willing to go the extra mile to help me get my Google Merchant Center unsuspended and get my business back up and running again. I couldn't recommend these guys more. Couldn't be happier with their services. A+++
