I just received my order and tried everything on. Everything I ordered was in my size. But everything that came is two sizes too small. I am so disappointed. I have tried to reach out to customer service and nobody has returned my emails there is no phone number to call these people. I'm a very dissatisfied customer

Not Happy At All

Although the two orders arrived much quicker than expected, now that I need to return a few items and have requested a refund I feel I am getting the run around. I am very disappointed in the refund and return process and feel that the company is quick to take my money, but not so eager to have a satisfied customer by providing a seamless refund process, even though you charge for this "Worry-Free Protection".

I never received my purchase

I never received my purchase. I have been going back and forth with customer service because of a typo on the address. The delivery company used doesn't have a phone number, email only and don't allow pickup. I went to pistachios office 4x and they couldn't find item's either.

Placed an order on 03/03

Placed an order on 03/03. Said delivery in 8/14 days. On the 20th sent an email because had’nt received and wasn’t able to track.
On the 23rd they sent me an answer telling me that my order had been sent on the 20th , 40 days of waiting for the order and i have an event that i ordered the item for. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE-NEVER AGAIN

This company is not worth ordering from. I ordered 4 outfits. I kept one, wanted to return two and exchange one. I reached out after paying extra for a worry free return option. That was a joke. Initially, I got an email and they offered me $7.00 and to keep the clothes. I responded and explained that items were too small. The next email I got, they offered $47.00 and to keep the clothes. Once again, they are still to small. This morning I received another offer. $20.00 and to keep the clothes that don’t fit. I finally decided to dispute with my credit card. I will never order from this company again. Scammers

Terrible service, privacy violation and theft

I’ve emailed twice about a missing item and have received no acknowledgement. I ordered a jumpsuit, have not received it, tracked it using my order number and the order comes up under some other girl’s name, email and address. Not only is this a major privacy violation but you have charged me for an item that I have not received and have no history of under my account. I intend to post on social media every time I see your add until you make this right.
