Don’t order from this company. They’re fraudsters. They took ages to send my order and the item I received was a random yellow jumper, not the toddler pants I had bought. They are now not responding to me. Please don’t order from them.

Ended up initiating a return due to my own error of ordering the wrong side. Customer service was prompt and kind, and even though I ended up not wanting to exchange and just return, they gave me a full refund and told me to either hold on to the product or donate it. Really appreciated the hassle or having to return and now will gift them to my sister in law.

Had issues with leaking straight away.

Quickly responded to emails with a resolution or offered to start a return. I asked for the return and now all my emails are being ignored.

Products that work! Ive recommended the underwear to all my people in the potty training stage or anywhere near it. I have 5 kids and only found out about Upairy products for the last 2 to use. Potty training was way easier and faster with Upairy. Also very prompt to return emails and great to deal with

We procrastinated potty training our 3.5 year old because he never seemed interested. Eventually, we committed to just getting it done and our friend recommended UpAiry. Within 4 days of wearing the UpAiry underwear he was consistently peeing on the potty and even (much to our surprise) started staying dry most nights! We had a great experience with Customer Service as well (responsive and understanding!) and would recommend UpAiry to any family who is also feeling like their kiddo is never going to potty train. This was a huge break through for our family.

I bought these for my daughter and she just wouldn't wear them. So i emailed Upairy to see if I could return them and they gave me a full refund with no issues! They were fast with responding and so kind! Even though my daughter wouldnt wear them, 10/10 recommend just because of good business!!

These SUCK. They do NOT contain pee. It's not just a little comes out, it is a LOT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING THESE. I tried 2 different sizes so they can't blame I had the wrong size. The 2nd was as horrendous as the first set.

I ordered 5 pairs hoping they would help with accidents, but they leak through completely. My son ends up just as wet as if he were wearing regular underwear. For this price, I expected much better quality. Sadly, not worth the money.

My twins pants arrived today they are great designs and a great fit the ebook and potty training pack will really help towards the twins being toilet trained!

I found these underwear in an ad on social media and I saw the website. I asked some questions before purchasing, and after getting my questions answered. I made my first purchase. The underwear was great for my son, but he soon grew so that we needed the next size up. The next size up was even better, but shortly after, I noticed my son's skin was beginning to get redness around his bikini area, so I requested for an exchange. They got me so new size up underwear, and I didn't even need to pay for the exchange or exchange my old pairs. The customer service has been incredibly kind and helpful. The underwear helps my son determine when he is wet, and it is helping him stay dry longer. My son turned 3 just a couple months ago, so we are truly blessed and thankful for this company!
P.s. my son loved the sticker chart they sent (during my second purchase) that helps my son get excited about peeing in the toilet!
P.p.s. we tried some less expensive training underwear from Amazon before this underwear, but it just wasn't as good quality as UpAiry

It says that they're not supposed to leak through - but unfortunately they do. Not worth paying that price for the same "leak effect" as regular pants.
They're very cute, but not worth all the hype.
I prefer normal pants for my girl, since these are also harder for her to remove by herself.

Customer Service is excellent!!! Ordered these for my son who is struggling with potty training and when the incorrect address was pulled from the payment site for shipping, customer service was quick to save the day!! So thankful for fast resume times and super excited to give these a try!

My grandson actually got potty trained before the training pants arrived and the company honored the refund no questions asked .

Ordered upairy trainers for my son to start our potty training journey, was so impressed with the quality when they arrived and the designs are so cute. We haven’t tried them yet as I didn’t order the correct size, but customer service was so amazing and helped me get a new set. Will def recommend to all our toddler parent friends!!

In all honesty, the product didn’t work for us which was a little disappointing. However, Maria’s customer service was exceptional and she was extremely keen to help in any way that she could. Really impressed with the customer service, thank you

I’ve heard a lot of really great stories from parents. Who’ve been happy with these. I’m still going through some struggles myself, but reaching out to the company itself they have been very helpful and such a trustworthy company and I still can’t wait to continue using them for future with my other children.

Didn’t like how the sizes ran very small but I do have a chunky toddler wish I could have tried them out other then the sizing problem with them everything else was okay still waiting on my refund and didn’t have to return them
