I have tried to use their services but later I found out that their services are non-customer oriented services..The service is inefficient and inconvinient…The create troubles to the customer..Unsatisfactory services..You can choose the better ones on the net!!..I had bad/unpleasant experiences with them so far.In the market,you can find better financial institution hich ill not risk your money.If you don’t want to confront with the problems that they created with their insufficient services; it is recommended that you can search and find better ones on the net!!!..Such insufficient services will cause you to waste your time and energy..Please go for better ones!!!..their services are higly priced too!!

Basically, I will not waste my time just to complain but the same thing. I'm surprised some people even would even use you pay card as a service, as they're so pathetic. Also, they apparently "cheated" some people yet there is no proof for that. It's more like "they have not cheated some people through companies, so I don't see why that service should be considered "Great," it doesn't make sense for them to be great. At least I'm right, so be it. A lie is a lie though about Upaycard., as far as I'm concerned. Not only is their support pathetic but they are pathetic and and I understand some people arrogant and selfish regardless of where they live. Anyway, I just not interested respecting the same arrogance selfish people, since they think they deserve respect attention. I expect nothing bad here, as far as I'm concerned. Ignorance is bliss and I'm not going to waste my time anymore. I can't keep respecting some people, when they don't deserve respect at all. Some people think they're cool, just by pretending to be important or feeling good about something.

I got 5.20 deducted from my card when I wasn't in work,although the canteen refunded me ,they could never explain how this happened,always check your transactions and balances.....

UpayCard through its companies (UPC Consulting Ltd) has cheated dozens of people for thousands of euros. They made me disappear 40K. I have evidence of wire transfers. The WEB is full of negative stories from UPayCard, UPC Consulting Ltd and Moorwand Ltd through the Kobenhavns Andelskasse bank. I hope it never happens to you. My complaints have been ignored.

They are advertising their virtual cards all over the place, but it's non-existent! People, don't fall for this. Reading other feedback, you may as well lose all your balance with them.
Must be another sophisticated scam. Worried about the documents I sent them, hope it doesn't go into the black market.

Fraud... the verification process is sketchy at best on top that they'll close your account for no reason at hopefully you won't lose much. I'D never give them a my bank account number.. huge regret using this "company"

When I created my account on UPayCard I didn't like the verification steps, they are too many steps. So, I contacted the chat service to make a complaint and I chatted with a very kind person. She was patient with me and understood my problem just from our short conversation. she answered all my questions and explained the verification process. Thank you for your help.
