£50 payment taken for no goods
Paid £50 online for a 'click and collect' parasol that is quoted as "usually ready to collect within 24 hours" on 11th July.
Received a payment confirmation email shortly after.
Heard nothing since.
Sent them an email on 16th July to say I'd not heard anything so please can it be cancelled. No reply.
Called their online customer service (they're a third party company who didn't give me any indication they cared one iota about my issue) number today (28th July) to be told someone would get back to me. Still nothing.
17 days after paying this company £50 and they've taken my money and ignored me.
My next move is to have to trek to their store to ask someone in person, and if that fails take them to small claims court.
