Professional, efficient, quality service
I was really pleased with the service. Very fast to answer queries and it was good to be dealing consistently with a named human being rather than a faceless company. They processed a selection of old negatives onto a CD for me. The disk was returned with the negatives within the timescale they had indicated, all packaged very carefully. The results are fantastic - childhood memories from a long time ago processed very competently at a price that was entirely reasonable.

Excellent customer service
Update Photo scanned some old negatives from our wedding which is now 24 years ago. They provided really helpful information and advice by email before I committed to an order and gave me great confidence in their knowledge and customer service approach. I'm really pleased to say that the customer service throughout was excellent, I was kept updated regularly, the service was fast and of high quality and I am a very happy customer. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting digital copies of photos from old negatives.

Really pleased to have digital images…
Really pleased to have digital images of my slides. I had anticipated that I would receive the slides on the flash drive. Had I realised that they would be on a CD Rom, I would not have ordered the flash drive and saved £10. Perhaps I misunderstood.
