App doesn't work constantly getting…

App doesn't work constantly getting errors when I am looking at borrowing. Even though I have signed my agreement. Chat doesn't help answer my query, ive called the support line and there is no agents there.

I have waited over 5 days for payment…

I have waited over 5 days for payment so I tried to call but the recorded message told me to chat online then put the phone down. So I tried to contact them via the online chat waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and still no response this is so bad after that then I tried to call again and went through to the payment help waited 30 minutes on hold for them to tell me there is nothing they could do and to wait on the online chat. I’m not being funny but I don’t have all day to wait for someone to answer some of us work and don’t have this much time to sit around and wait.
