Withdraw cancelled and no response from the support received!

I saw a good rating of this website on the trustpilot and people reviewed that support team is good and that's why i joined the site, but in my case it's totally different, my withdraw request was approved but i didn't received it, but after some time it got cancelled reason is not told no mail received and also i have sent several msgs in contact us section but no reply received totally bad experience i would say don't ever work on this site!

This is a joke. Im join this site 2 weeks ago. My balance is not enough to withdraw, but it's gone already. What a rubbish .... rubbishhh.
