UP - Liverpool - Highly Recommended
Only 6 weeks passed since I started training at UP with Marc Cantlay, and the results are above expectations.
I've been working-out since 2007, thought I could achieve my goals by myself... I am glad that I changed my mind and enrolled at UP.
After COVID, my weight increased almost 10kg, mostly fat. My goal was to lose weight, while trying to preserve the muscles.
Marc was the key, he helped me to achieve in 6 weeks, what I could not do in more than 2 years. He supported me with so much knowledge, shared strategy details, adjusted the calories intake, and tracked daily numbers. Marc also pointed-out things working well, what we could change, and he added a lot of food suggestions to help me along the way.
I was fully committed from the first day, but I recognise that Marc played a key part during the entire process, without his daily feedback, workout sessions, and active communication the results would not be as impressive as they are today.
To conclude my experience and review, I would not only do it again, but I would also do it earlier if I could go back in time.
