Predatory Misapplying payments towards…

Predatory Misapplying payments towards principal, just like a predatory mortgage loan i had...Nightmare on Loan Street take two...i reported this to my State Commissioner and they made them pay me back over 4k! This company is behaving the same way!! They just put the extra funds towards next month?!? Breanna said this today 5/19/2026 @ 8:54 pm. But when i researched her frivolous answer i found that not to be True. And i took a snap shot of it too. I told her they are not practicing fair lending laws and I am reaching out to my attorney and reporting this to the State Commissioner also. She quickly filed a claim for me when I mentioned attorney :/

I told her my loan originated on 10/17/24 for $12669 min payment $160.27. I have been paying $270 per month early. Today my balance is only 11580...That's only about $1143 paid in TWO years!!! Make that make sense & cents???
