I have upgraded my MMI and Navigation Maps using UpgradeMyAudi.net. The reading material, and walk through material, were excellent. Saved me several hundred dollars, not having to go to the dealer.

No customer support!!!
I bought a package online including firmware, hidden menu and SA maps in February 2020... I've had a problem where the navigation does not work after the map update.
I've sent numerous e-mails to them since 19th March and I have had no response.
When I post a question on their webpage it awaits moderation and is then removed.
Really shady company.... if they can't help they should say they can't!
Useless and waste of money!!!!

Probably a scam
Probably a scam. He sent me the wrong product and asked me to return it. After the product was returned, I never heard from him again. No refund, no replacement product. I sent him the tracking information and confirmation of delivery on the return, so I know for a fact that the product return was received. Repeated emails were ignored. Don't buy anything from this crook.
I finally received a refund of the purchase price after I reported this incident to my credit card company along with all of the email correspondence from UpgradeMyAudi. I did not receive the promised reimbursement from him for the cost of shipping the item to China. The idea that I had to ship it to China, rather than back to the UK, is also a bit disconcerting.

Your order has been fully refunded, we do have refund policy where we need to stick to it. We can't just refund any orders based on customer information ok we posted it.. we need receive item back, test it and then make a decision, in your case it has been fully refunded.
Unfortunately the upgrade doesn‘t work…

Quick service and prompt. I have an issue with the SD cards so can’t upload any updates. The reader isn’t able to read the cards. Not sure why as it can read audio files.
