I received exactly what I needed in a very timely manner

The parts were right, a little hard on the web page to look up with chrome and black. I had to go back and change it to black that I wanted.

Good quality material not exactly the color I was looking for but I was able to use it

The fasteners are exactly what I need to replace the factory ones for my 67 Chevelle. I can drill a round hole instead of trying to make an oval hole for the factory fasteners.

Customer service was impeccable. My only issue is that we ordered specific lengths of material and only one of the rolls we ordered was within a yard of the requested length. Some rolls were 4/5 yards short.

I was in need of a large quantity of retainers very quickly and the vendor I usually buy from was not going to be able to get them to me as quick as I needed them. I found this company and they got my order out very quickly. When they found that they didn't have the full quantity that I needed, they quickly called me and asked me how to proceed and got my shipment out. Very please with the customer service and speed of getting out my order.

The more you buy the price comes down, but they have to be all the same color. sometimes I might need up to 5 or 6 cans of different colors and if they were all different, I would have to pay the highest price per can

I ordered Champagne color for my boat seats. Upon opening the box found you sent me black. I called to find out.how to return the cans and held for 15 minutes. I then left a message with my phone number expecting a return call. I have not heard anything. Although I want your product, I'm hesitant to order more as I don't know what color I am going to get.
