I have now some eight photobooks of around 100 to 140 pages from uPhotogifts, which I plan to use as prototypes to submit to publishers in due course.
Setting up these books takes some pratice until one makes full use of the aids, perhaps above all with text..which I messed up when in a hurry. Time has taught me that all one wants is actually there on the automated downloading site but I failed to experiment at first. Guidance for photo-layout and text layout/size/font etc is all there but it is best explore first, which I failed to do. But then I readily got help and even a phone call offering further help if I had a problem. Queries get replies quickly, too. So I am completely happy with these aspects, service and the aids to book preparation.
The quality is fine and I find the price thoroughly acceptable given how some other sites charge much more; but then I have learned to wait for special offers on price which have an added bonus (or not, depending on your situation!) in that any purchase of a voucher for a reduced price comes with a time limit. In my case this has roused me to 'get on with things'.

I am amazed and delighted to have recently created two lovely photo-books with Uphotogifts.
This is due in no small measure to excellent assistance from their first-rate customer support team and Chris Balcombe in particular. His help and patience with my project proved invaluable.
I cannot rate this company highly enough for their expert guidance and user friendly website.

I have made many albums using uphotos services and always been pleased with the results. Last week I had trouble uploading my photos and asked for help. I have received help for details before but this time Chris was amazingly helpful and stayed on the phone while we tried several ways of getting the photos into an album. I was very conscious of the time he spent helping me but it was important to him to get my project complete. it took over an hour so Thank you.

The offer is fantastic but I was unsure how to get to "new :Project" However the gang of helpers were terrific and always sort out my problems!!
The end result is worth the pain!!

Four books completed since Christmas. Easy to use software and excellent customer service and help on the phone to over come any difficulties. Well done the team!

An amazing book of well over 800 photos arrived on my doorstep. Excellent value, quality, choice of layouts and back up from the company. Fully recommend to others wanting to put together their memories.

Great product and great service. The only downside is the switch from.the old desktop interface to Web based. There used to be more functionality in the desktop version

What I find most helpful about this company is that you can telephone for help, and then you can speak to an expert who can sort out any problems.
I am an old lady, so I do have difficulties, but the staff have always been very helpful and patient with me.
