Excellent professional approachable company
Ordered face shields and disposable face masks. Communication from seller was excellent and dispatch notified within 24 hours. They should have arrived within 48 hours but failed to materialise even though courier website showed they had the parcel. Contacted seller who chased courier. Eventually turned up 10 days later but the face masks were missing. Contacted seller to advise only a partial delivery had been received. Seller rang me to offer a refund or re-dispatch of masks, he did not quibble, which given the fact items were missing was very much appreciated. I opted for a refund at this point but would definitely use this company again.
