I've never had a good experience with UPS. The drivers in our neighbourhood drive like lunatics. When the drivers throw your items down they are always on their phones talking to someone. IF the pa... See more

Terrible courier service.
Every single time I have received a package shipped through UPS, it has showed up late. I don’t understand how every other courier service can manage to make deliveries on time, while time after time UPS has failed to succeed at a very simple job. It is gross incompetence and they should not be in business. Customer service is just as atrocious as the delivery service, and has never lead to any positive results in my experience. This company needs to be held accountable for their poor practices.
Horrible
Don't go to their stores for passport pictures. The pictures don't meet government specifications and they won't even refund your money. The employees or owners if it's a franchise have no common sense.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shipping company. I ordered an item through Amazon, and while the delivery driver arrived on schedule, the package was not released because a signature was supposedly required and I was not home at the time.
After contacting UPS, I was informed that the signature requirement had been added in error and that the package would be redelivered the following day and left at my door. Unfortunately, after waiting an entire week without receiving any updates or delivery attempts, I contacted customer service again and was told that the package had been lost and that I would need to file a claim through the sender.
Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and resulted in a significant waste of time.
UPS is Ridiculous!
This morning I got notification that my package will be delayed due to an emergency or severe weather. Yesterday it arrived in their depot which is 10 MINUTES(!) from my house. It has been sunny and warm here for the last three days...
This happens almost every time that someone uses UPS to ship to me. I am so tired of these jokers and wish I could convince people to ship with LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE!
Horrible service!!
Horrible service!!
Called and reps were rude talk over you then they put you through a call tree then I'm on hold for 11 mins for someone to come back and pretend they can't hear me and hang up.
Don't waste your day with this company
Delivered to incorrect address
Delivered to incorrect address. Do the drivers not know how to read? This is just the lastest screw up through them. But Amazon keeps using them and I don't know why.

I have had UPS handle many of my parcels, and not once have I had a problem. My packages are always handled with care and arrive on time, and the drivers follow delivery instructions. I'm surprised to see such a low rating.
Avoid UPS for internation shipping like a plague
What a nightmare of a company UPS is. I sent a package in April and for a month the package was sitting at the boarder. After weeks apparently there was inspection, but until yesterday there was no calls or anything. In the very last moment they sent an email saying it's missing a commercial invoice despite of me not selling or running a business, so I sent it to them. Today I got my package sitting in my front door and email saying its being returned. Previously one of individual employee still asked for the invoice on seperate email so i sent, means now whoever that is may have vulnerable personal info for no reason, very sketchy. What a joke of company, takes money and waits purposely until the last moment to notify so that they can yoink the customer's money. Only thing UPS is good at is crashing air planes and make people lose their lives, great job UPS.

They’re THE WORST to deal with
They’re THE WORST to deal with. Customer service is non-existent. All calls are transferred to the same general line with agents that give you the misleading information and fake promises. I’ve spoken to over 10 agents and sent over 8 emails, just to receive my package and know where it’s being held in my city. It’s the most frustrating experience I’ve had with a delivery company!!!!!

Too bad I can’t give them zero stars
Too bad I can’t give them zero stars. In short, they suck. Worst shipping company ever. My packages are always delayed, customer service is terrible. I pay for express shipping yet I get them at the standard shipping time? What a waste of money.
Hello Vendors - STOP USING UPS
There has got to be an option for some negative or 0 stars specially for such a big delivery co. I mean come on every time... & I mean EVERY TIME.. I was shipped a package by different vendors (not my choice) via UPS.. there was a problem. They simply cannot deliver in a timely manner & there system are of stone age. Some of the drivers are too.. on my 2nd last delivery the driver came in the neighborhood across from me and then left without making any attempt to deliver mine.. which had already been rescheduled twice. I filed a complaint on their website... and heard absolutely nothing. The next day I had to literally chase the UPS truck to get my package. I am still waiting for the one that was supposed to come today and after 8 hours of waiting... I am simply FED UP. Time for vendors (Lenovo, Oneplus, Staples etc.) to switch to FedEx or perhaps simply give it to Amazon for delivery.
What's wrong with this company! UPS "Unprofessional Punks S*ck!"
What's wrong with this company!? I was speaking to a brokerage rep by the name of "Victor" with Indian accent.🙄 Trying to find out why my package still haven't arrived because the previous reps told me I will received it the next day. Got the run around, given false information and resolution. This was one week ago. So you can understand my frustration when these incompetent people won't take accountability and not do their job properly by providing "REAL" customer service! This "Victor" buffoon ends the call abruptly by transferring to their survey feedback. Needless to say I "filled" the survey out. This is what you get when you outsource to a scam/fraud/lying country! Never using UPS again. Going with FedEX or Purolator.
Awful
Awful, I cannot believe how brutal this company is. My package had 6 different delivery dates and no explanation as to why it was delayed. Their app never updates to show you where their package is and their customer service has no idea what’s going on. If you call them 3 times in 1 day to verify your package will be delivered that same day and 3 different people verify that it will, you’d expect them to follow through. Absolutely stunned. /spit
Update. They honestly managed to completely miss my province. The package was in BC I live in AB, the package ended up in MB. Superb.

Several times I have bought goods from stores that use the UPS delivery service, and not once have they delivered the item on time. They always say it's due to the weather, even though the weather has been good.

This courier company doesn't even deserve a single star.
I do not understand why clothing company would use them. If a clothing brand uses UPS as their delivery service, I would rather not buy from them at all. They never keep their delivery dates, and they constantly delay delivery with the same tired excuse about the weather. Then how come other delivery companies manage to deliver on time??
Horrible delivery times
A delivery from Costco was supposed to be here April 21, so I stayed in to receive it, because it was food items. No show. I called Costco on the 22, their recording said to check with shipper, which was UPS. I called UPS, extremely difficult to get an actual person, and when I did, her English was so poor, I had to have her repeat several times. She had no idea when my package would be delivered and told me to check in 1 or 2 days! So I called again today (April 23), and another person said it would be here this afternoon. Their online tracking was never updated, and took over 45minutes to indicate it was delivered The real joke.....it was sitting at the UPS depot for over 48 hours, and I only live about 15 minute drive from that depot it was at. Absolutely horrible service, the only good thing I can say is that the driver was very polite and pleasant.
UPS Canada delivery is a nightmare
UPS Canada delivery is a nightmare. Stay as far away as you can. I ordered an item worth $4590.00. UPS was the delivery service. They constantly changed the delivery date and time. I wanted to be here when it arrived but was impossible organize a time. So I called their customer service. What a joke that was. Obviously it was an overseas customer service. I put it on speaker and none of us could understand what he was saying. I was put on hold and when he returned, he said it was delayed due to weather. Last I tracked it was approximately 40miles/60 kilometers from my house. The weather that day was 19c/66F and sunny. Obvious to me that UPS trains their employees to lie. So the next morning I tracked it again. This time it said it would be here between 12pm and 3 pm. Great I thought. Not to happen. Later that morning I tracked it again. This time item was damaged so they were unable to deliver it. The incompetent idiots that run this circus should be fired. So at this time I’m out $4590.88. I’ll figure out what to do but rest assured, I’ll never use UPS Canada . My advise is to try another delivery service before using these clowns.
UPS does not knock or ring your doorbell when your package requires a signature
Synopsis:
If your package requires a signature, it means nothing to the UPS driver. Your package will sit on the doorstep of your home without a signature, in the elements, without a door knock or a doorbell ring.
Review:
I recently upgraded my phone to a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL. My previous phone, the 8 Pro, started losing its charge rapidly within the last couple of months. Bummer, as I loved that phone that was over two years old.
I ordered my new phone from the Google Store. I got an estimated shipping date.
Shipping this phone to my home required a signature. It makes sense. It's an expensive device. Phones aren't cheap!
My shipment was scheduled for Tuesday, April 7. Great!
On this Tuesday, I got an e-mail saying that my shipment would be delivered on Wednesday, April 8. A day later would have been okay, except that I'd be at work. There was no way for me to change the delivery to my local UPS store.
After having lunch at home on Tuesday, I checked my inbox and I got a UPS message saying that my order was delivered.
I was home on Tuesday for the entire day. The UPS person neither knocked, nor rang the doorbell. The instructions say to get a signature. The UPS person placed the box on my doorstep and left.
My phone was out in the elements for nearly two hours. Not cool.
I got a store credit from Google. The funds were enough to get a pair of Google Pixel Buds 2a, which are the budget-friendly earbuds that supposedly fit better in your ears. I typically don't do well with such types of earbuds.
It was UPS delivery again. No signature was required this time. No change of date. Nice!
I wasn't home when the delivery happened on Monday, April 13. The package was left on my doorstep. It was raining that day. It wasn't off to the side of my doorstep, away from the rain. It wasn't placed in my mailbox on the side. It was placed directly in the rain.
I called my dad and asked if he could swing by after my parents were done having lunch to pick up my wet box. He did, thank goodness!
UPS is the lesser of the two evils when you put Purolator in the mix. UPS delivers. It simply leaves packages out in the open for potential porch thieves to swoop in and take them.
UPS drivers can neither read, nor use their frail arms. My first package said that it required a signature from me. I never signed for the package. It was left on my step without ringing the doorbell or knocking on my door.
Pitiful. I would have been upset if someone had stolen both my deliveries from my doorstep.
I'm pleased that my earbuds were dry after the box containing them was left in the rain. Such a dumb move on the UPS driver's part.
I pass by this UPS location weekly when I'm driving home from work. It's across from York University. Decent location. However, I feel that a refresher course on what it means to deliver a package that requires a signature is in order.
