Terrible service

I thought I give the company a chance. They required address but the packages were never delivered to the address. One was returned to the sender because nobody gave notice that the package arrived. Terrible service. Boxes arrived damaged and contents in boxes broken. Very inconvenient considering I paid for the delivery to the address. They didn't even attempt to deliver because we were home every time. Will never use them again.

Avoid UPS if you can

My son ordered something from the US which was sent out for delivery to Canada on November 29. I ordered from a different US company which was sent to me for delivery on December 4. According to you, UPS’ own tracking information, his package still has not been received in Canada. My package has been sitting in Windsor since December 10. On December 12, tracking says that my package delivery was being rescheduled. Since that time it gets scanned daily, but just sits there. Called UPS Saturday and agent said he would escalate the issue regarding my package specifically and I could check back on Monday (today) and would see an update with the delivery information. I checked again today and no tracking information has been updated for either package. I called UPS and got the usual song and dance that my son‘s package should be arriving in Canada shortly and is “in transit”. I was told yet again to just sit and wait and continue to check the tracking for my package, which is stuck in Windsor. I asked if UPS has any delivery standards or commitments for any package and they were unable to answer. Next time I will pay for express shipping through FedEx or a different company. Doubtful at this point that I will receive the items by Christmas and will have to go and purchase new items as well as pay for shipping and returns of the items that I’ve been waiting for.

I needed a credit card for last Friday December 12 th before leaving for California. I only have one credit card and needed it delivered by Friday December 12 th so paid $32 to urgently deliver to my house. Took the day off so would have. Spent the entire day in kitchen cleaning and ma
King pies. No one rang the doorbell or knocked on door at all no doubt. There was just a sticker on door saying pick up your package now. ( now) at Clare view depot. Went there immediately and clerk indicated the driver not there at 5 pm but will return to depot before going to warehouse. I waited at Walmart where the depot is and shopped for 1.5 hours. Returned to depot , even though the clerk at UPS urgently needed that BMO credit card. I went back to UPS which is in the same building 3 times. Clerk can confirm all this. So what happened was the driver, even know this was urgent on the entire file. Driver didn’t leave the credit card at the depot. He took it back knowing my flight and sons flight and mine to LA was Saturday early. Long store. We missed the flight. Lost over$300 and had to repurchase for over $1200. What is terrible for UP

Terrible communication and all could of not happened if the driver would have knocked on door instead of just put sticker up and ran away. Plus the dog would gave barked if anyone knocks or rings bell. Totally inexcusable. Your company needs a revamp unfortunately. Thanks for your time and consideration in this matter. I own thousands of dollars in UPS stock but after reading reviews, selling UPS is my next plan as you can’t grow a company like that. I want a refund of cash for speeding up Credit card delivery and credit back for additional costs for flight. And for having to drive to Calgary 3 hours away to get us to Vancouver then LA . These people are frustrated. Think they will use USpS again. Not likely. People are correct. Don’t try customer service. No one there ever. One shouldn’t be the lowest rating

UPS The shame of it is that the entire company needs revamping. How in gods name can you have 1 out of 5 in every single review. I could of put in this email 25 reviews all -#1 out of 5. Terrible.

UPS has lost the package from rockauto. Looks like they returned it back to the US. But the parcel is lost. As a result I didn't receive me package and loose my money.

UPS and its pickup locations are a mess

UPS and its pickup locations are totally not in sync with each other. There was order sent by shipper in my name and due to delay I had decided not to receive the order and informed shipper of the same.
Now UPS has kept this order at pick up location for more than a week. They also sent me a notification that it is exceeding maximum pickup time. But they still have not sent it back. What are they waiting for? And no option on their online chat to select that. They have all bunch of other useless options that I dont need.

The absolute worst courier service

The absolute worst courier service. We have had 3 deliveries in a row go horribly wrong. The first one was delivered to the wrong address. The driver reversed the house numbers. It took us hours to figure out which front door he took the picture of. When I called customer service, all they could say, “was the package was delivered, they see the picture “.
The second one was placed in to the ditch, by the road. The picture that was taken read, by the front door.
The third time the package was left by the mailbox, on the actual road.!!!!
I called customer service each time. This last time I was promised a return phone call within 22 hours! Of coarse no one called.
My package sat out on the side of the road 21 hours. All the cars and animals were around the package! The package was wet from the snow! And it contained perishable food items! How disgusting to have sat at the side of the road for 21 hours!
I am to the point that I will not order an item if it will be delivered by UPS.

UPS sucks

Why would companies, especially local Winnipeg companies still use this US delivery company. They suck. Package lying in warehouse 4 days. Baked goods -macaroons-mush and destroyed-and the sending company not doing anything yet. Waiting to see what they achieve before I warn people to not use them and their shipping boxes. If your shipping company is useless and really do not give a damn, like the orange buffoon who run their country, why are they still operating , and worse thriving , in Canada?

UPS doesn't even deserve 1 star!

This is the 3rd package delivered to the wrong address over the past 6 months. The only UPS packages that arrive at my home are ones that I redirect to a UPS store. They CONSISTENTLY deliver to the wrong address. I live in a new neighborhood in Calgary. I have called UPS customer service many times and spent many hours trying to get them to fix their delivery map to no avail. Some reps assure me that they will correct the UPS system for the next delivery but nothing changes. All other couriers (Purolator, Fedex, Amazon, Canada Post, freight companies) are able to deliver to my address, BUT NOT UPS. What is wrong with this company? And to make matters worse, the sender of the package has to ship the order again at their cost, and then I have the package re-directed to a UPS store so the error isn't repeated. Why should the sender have to pay for UPS's incompetence? If UPS doesn't pay for their mistake, what incentive is there for them to improve?

I wish there is a zero star for this shitty company... I ordered a camera from the US and they didnt have the option drop off or insurance. The order that worth 1000USD was lost and they are not helpful because it has no insurance !

Company won't explain how the duties…

Company won't explain how the duties and fees owing ($155 on a $227 purchase) were calculated. They just keep trying to collect the fee. I talked to someone who said they'd send an explanation in 24-48 hours - that didn't happen. I've sent an email - no response. Just waited on hold for an hour then gave up. Will never again make a purchase where they're the delivery company.

Wrong house/Wrong neighbor

My Costco Mattress was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily my son recognized the doorstep it was left at as a house on our street 2 doors down. Not sure how #Two gets confused with 6. The neighbor took the mattress inside her house and unboxed it, not sure why. She knew my name when I knocked on the door, although we've not exchanged in conversation before. I had to go get my car and my son to get it back home. I have another delivery im expecting from Costco tomorrow. Hope I get it, only my 2nd time ordering from Costco but will seriously consider before I order online again.

UPS is garbage and a RIP OFF

UPS is garbage. International shipping is horrendous. Trying to get a simple package from the US into Canada is very painful. Multiple phone calls to agents who can’t help, pre recorded calls from UPS with inaccurate information. And highly overpriced brokerage fees. 1st they say “you can be your own broker/age” to clear a package you just need to fill out some paper work that we will email to you. 3 days laters, no email, many phone calls and now told I can’t be the broker and I have to pay $33 in brokerage fees to UPS on a package worth less than $150. RIP OFF!!!

REPEATEDLY TERRIBLE!!!

The last 5 times they had my package the delivery guy just says he “attempted delivery” but never did. I take a day off work and then I have to take a second day off work. This time I called customer service. They said they’d call me back within an hour. They never returned my call. I’m so over this company. Even Canada Post with all of their issues delivers my packages. This is absolutely ridiculous. I paid $80 for 2 day shipping and you never meet your deadlines. I’m going to contact the brand I ordered from and request a refund. I’m done paying so much for subpar service and you guys never meet your shipping timeline.

Totally incompetent importing…

Totally incompetent importing experience. The people in customer service in Toronto lack basic English and communication skills and training. After 5 calls attempting to clear a commercial package, the package was sent back to the sender. First three calls were not recorded on the record. Wrong email address was written down, no forms were ever sent, the first agent did not know that UPS could clear the package and told me I had to self-clear which would have been a 5 hour round trip to customs. Fourth person did not understand when I said that I was concerned that it was taking so long to clear that the package would be sent back and instead recorded the call as "customer requested return to sender" 5th call with supervisor who still could not help said that she was the last in the chain and I could not speak to anyone else. $300 shipping charge, 2 weeks and no package. I could not file a claim or report this anywhere because the package was not lost, just incompetently handled.

One of the worst ones for delivering

One of the worst ones for delivering, but got worse today by the person doing the job decided to just throw the packages in the snow at the end of my driveway. I was just lucky that I happen to see them from the window. I have no idea how long they were there for, but the snow was seeping in to the plastic.

This company needs to be burned to the ground

I never leave reviews, which tells you how stunningly abhorrent this company's service is.
• I was incorrectly charged a fee that cost more than my package.
• Spoke to five different agents, none of whom resolved this issue.
• Kept on hold for over 3 hours, by an agent who kept coming back to "check in" -- i.e., just to make sure I hadn't given up and hung up, because she certainly hadn't transferred me yet -- and then got snippy with ME when I finally lost my patience.
• The driver marked my package as delivered. There was most certainly not any delivery attempt.
• Driver AGAIN marked two days as "failed deliveries," despite me being home the ENTIRE time, and no missed contact on my phone/email.
• Floor manager ASSURED me that the billing issue would be resolved, and that my package would be held.
• My package was STILL sent back to the shipper, despite being repeated assured that this would NOT HAPPEN.

This company genuinely needs to be burned to the ground.

Driver "attempted delivery" (I was home…

Driver "attempted delivery" (I was home all day, they didn't) then rerouted the package to a ups store who refused the package because "it was too heavy". Ups then re "attempted delivery", I took off work and waited ALL DAY and they NEVER SHOWED UP. The tracker now says that I rescheduled the delivery. I did no such thing.
