Worse possible service

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Track&Trace tells me a status of "Out for Delivery" with estimated delivery today between 12:10-14:10. I took a day out of office to make sure I'm home and ready to receive the parcel. And what happens in that time? Nothing.
Gets even more exciting - calling support I find out that my parcel is far from being delivered today as per their own track&trace, because the parcel is in fact held in a customs facility and pending further processing.

Not capable of home delivery

I was asked whether I wanted the delivery directly to my address or in a shop near by. I chose home delivery, as I'm currently working from home due to health issues. I noted both the code to open the main door as well as my phone number. Later on that day, I received an email, telling they're not able to deliver whitout my signature, though that's seems quite impossible as they didn't show up or tried to contact me in any way. I wouldn't use this company and even paying extra to expect a home delivery. The only thing you'll get is 1 day delay having to get it yourself. Thanks for nothing.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

One start because otherwise I cannot write a review.
This is the worst company ever. No wonder they have ups in they name. They are completly useless from the person on the phone at customer service until the useless driver who rings the bell and does not show up at your door with the package, Every single time a company use them for delivery I have problems, they insist on making things complicated. I have stopped buying things online from companies that use UPS as couriers. You should too, avoid this joke of a company like the plague. They WILL fu ck up your delivery times, they will have you at home waiting all day and they don´t show up on the day they say because the driver is so lazy he does not want to drive two more blocks to drop a package. If you ask them to retain a package they will only to send it back one day before you asked them to hold it. Right now, five minutes ago, my door camera rang and I saw the delivery man walking away with my package while I open the door, went straight down the building to stop him and he was gone.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AROUND THE WORLD.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What a sad excuse of a company… nothing works! (Updated)

Update: after calling, they sent out the package again the same evening. Despite the 3 supposed attempts and lack of communication at first, I have to give them credit for that!

Complete idiots

Complete idiots with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And they only got an automatic answering machine which forces you to repeat the tracking number while not registering anything. Avoid if possible

UPS is an AWFUL company with the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Delivery time gets delayed from mid day to early evening, sometimes the driver doesn't even bother to ring the door bell - and today he delivered my package, but refused to carry it up to the first floor. This is the second time this has happened. A perfectly healthy young man refused to deliver the package to my door on the first floor and left it at the front door. Abysmal service!

Poor delivery once again UPS .

This is ongoing now with UPS .
The last several times I am informed the package could not be delivered.. Every time I am waiting behind the door.. No one has been here.. Yes My door bell works fine..

No Other delivery service has this problem Only UPS…
I no longer purchase goods if UPS are the only delivery options.

And I would have it delivered to a service point. !!!

Unbelievebly unprofessional behaviour

My package has been held in UPS for 8 days now and even though it was supposed to be delivered today, it is still at their warehouse! Very unprofessional behaviour, I have been waiting for this package from 9/2, they said it would be delivered by 14/2, then 17/2 and still nothing! Of course, no notification at all from their part.

This is one of the worst services I…

This is one of the worst services I have ever experienced in Denmark. Everythime they do the same thing without even coming to my adress they update that I am not home and deliver to my package to pick up point which is so far away from my home address. Even after calling them so many times, they didn't bother to change my pickup point, which is so
annoying. I will recommend everyone never ever use this service.

They have the most unqualified drivers

On three occasions I had driver called the main gates and despite me opening it right away, two minutes later my packages were marked as "Delivery attempt failed". How is it failed if I see you via camera and opening the gates for you.
They have the most unqualified drivers.
I would always choose DHL if I could.

UPS at it again!

UPS strikes again! I paid €36 for a delivery to my home address and waited all day, monitoring its progress. In the early afternoon, I got an update saying delivery was attempted, no one was home, and I now need to collect it from an access point. The truth? No one from UPS came to my address or attempted delivery.

When I called customer service, they had a local manager call me back—only to repeat the same false story their driver provided.

This will be the last time I use UPS. DHL has been consistently reliable, and I’ll be sticking with them from now on!

Delayed 3 days in a row with no…

Delayed 3 days in a row with no explanation and it’s as if they try to pretend that the package is now on its way every day only to then delay it again. Just let it stay delayed instead of getting my hopes up 3 days in a row. I think this is the first time I’ve used UPS and I will go out of my way to never use it again. How is this company so terrible yet so big?

The worst service I have ever…

The worst service I have ever experienced.
Instead of delivering to the address as it has been paid for, drivers simply go to pickup points and claim they have attempted the delivery. I know this is not true as I have a camera with motion sensor and there was nothing, no attempt. a complete rip-off and abuse of others' time.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Whenever I’m supposed to receive a package via UPS, I arrange my meeting etc accordingly and stay home, and they always claim that no one is home. Same thing happened yesterday as well, I was home all day and they claimed that no one was home.

If you are not delivering, then just don't get the money, and don't give a delivery date!!! How on earth this company can survive and don't bankrupt.
