UPS failed to deliver to my address. We live on a hill overlooking a village. The driver was obviously too lazy to come up the hill to the house so just dropped the parcel off at the nearest convenience store.
1. This is not the first time they have pulled this trick.
2. The tracking details simply said a name and "Inside Delivery".
3. Tried tracking support pages online and led me in circles as my parcel had been delivered and I should know where it is.
4. AI Assistant was just abysmal. Failed help in any way as it assumed I would know who the recipient was.
5. Managed to uncover a phone number and rang. Now I was finally getting somewhere as the call handler provided a street number and postcode.
6. She also raised a customer query and Mark rang back informing me of the name of the convenience store the driver had left the parcel at.
Parcel retrieved.
Decent customer service should not be that hard for a multi-billion $ company. Please update your processess and train your drivers to not be so lazy.

I really like UPS because you can speak an actual person versus chat bots and the delivery was professional kind and courteous I was given a specific time slot that meant I could organise my day

I've given up. Paid a customs charge for something that was then immediately returned to sender due to a service issue. Promises of follow ups/escalation not followed through, and hours on the phone going nowhere. No longer worth my time and energy, so congrats, keep it, you win. AVOID!

Once again, UPS has failed us completely. Your communication has been virtually non-existent, and your customs clearance process is clearly not fit for purpose.
We have now removed all of our import business from UPS and moved it to DHL. The difference in service, responsiveness, and overall competence is on an entirely different level. Frankly, the contrast is staggering.
I provided all of the information required to clear this parcel yesterday, yet nothing has been done. There has been no clearance, no meaningful update, and, worst of all, no response at all.
I have to say that our experience with UPS has been consistently unacceptable. The lack of urgency, lack of accountability, and overall standard of service has been shocking.

This in edited review to say that UPS finally called me explain that they don’t give out Yeep codes once deposited in a yeep box but yeep do.
Even though I feel UPS could have told my that on day 3 and not day 7 I was pleased to have had Dan from the Southampton depot call me today and explain everything.
Lesson of the week is avoid Yeep.

Well thought evri was bad these are worse. Paid a fortune to send a parcel thats 30/40 mins away but had to be semt through courier as sold on Ebay and wouldnt allow collection also needed to be signed for. 9 days and no delivery attempt each day saying out for delivery each day nothing . Doesn't help that someone has to wait each day its a joke of s company. Phoning them gets you no where as its not uk people your speaking to your sent round in circles constantly. Stay clear

I deeply regret using UPS to send a simple letter to Europe. It has been an expensive, frustrating, and confusing ordeal from start to finish.
I initially paid for the delivery, including all the taxes and customs fees upfront. However, once the letter reached the UPS depot in the EU, they held it hostage and demanded an extra 20€ just to complete the delivery.
The "hidden fees" didn't stop there. Two days after paying that extra charge, I received another letter at my home address demanding an additional £40.
I am beyond angry with this service. It feels like a total scam. Save your money and your sanity—avoid UPS at all costs or you will end up paying double or triple what you expected!
