Very disappointed with UPS service. My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it.

My delivery has been stuck in finglas delayed twice now due to bad weather . The weather has been no worse than it ever is . It’s a bit of rain not snow or severe storms or anything of the sort .received an email this morning saying it would be delivered today and of course it never came . I’d never usually order from a company that uses ups but unfortunately I had already placed my order before I realised they use ups. I’ll be more careful to avoid UPS again . Shocking bad service

UPDATE So after being told my parcel would be delivered today, Friday, after UPS failed to deliver yesterday, I just got the following notification from UPS - "The delivery date has been rescheduled as the receiver requested". And so now it's due Monday, changed again, and stating that 'the reciever', i.e. me, requeted the change which is not true. UPS are a complete joke, such a poor service.
Once again UPS failed to deliver yesterday citing the usual 'issue' with the address details provided. No other delivery service has any problem finding me, and I had as usual given my correct eircode and phone number. After hugely frustrating dealings with UPS appalling 'customer service' my parcel is now supposed to be delivered today. I'm not purchasing goods from suppliers who use UPS anymore, they are impossible to deal with and completely unreliable.

I've been told that they couldn't deliver my package, even though I was waiting for it and didn't even get a call. They mentioned I could collect it from Finglas, I left work early, commuted for more than an hour, just to get told it's not ready to pickup and I should come tomorrow. I still haven't received my package and it's highly unclear when, or if they'll deliver.
I'll actively avoid sellers that solely use ups from now on and will let them know as well.

Do not trust UPS Ireland. I already wrote another Trustpilot review before, but I am writing again because I had two delivery problems in the same week.
They blindly trust their drivers even when the delivery was never actually attempted. They claim things like “we checked the GPS, the driver was at your door.” But the driver never rang the bell, and I have camera footage proving it.
Just because their driver stood outside the building for a moment, they automatically assume the delivery was attempted. It was not.
I was forced to deal with this for days for two separate parcels.
For the first parcel, after days of complaints, the driver finally bothered to ring my doorbell and I was able to receive it.
For the second parcel, the driver falsely reported for three consecutive days that I was not at home, even though I work from home.
Then someone from the depot called me. A woman with very poor English who was literally shouting on the phone.
Only after I posted a review here, someone named Laura contacted me by email apologizing and suggesting that I either collect the parcel from the depot or send it to a collection point.
I sent it to a collection point two days ago, and since then they delay it every single day.
At this point it honestly feels like they are intentionally trying to force the parcel to be returned to the sender.
This whole experience feels like a complete scam-level service.
Avoid UPS Ireland if you value your time and your delivery actually arriving.
Terrible service, several times when waiting for a package UPS don't deliver, but recently a company in Germany is trying to have a package collected from our business, UPS told them there is an issue with our Address , which is the same address they used to deliver the item a few weeks ago. Impossible to contact the office due to AI on the phone and no live agent on the internet. No email address to contact local depot.

I am a customer of Faire & all their deliveries go through UPS. I have never had one package arrive when they say it will. Every single time they put up the message "The borough or county shown in the address is incorrect and may delay delivery. We're attempting to update the address" I have even changed the address which clearly gives the town, county & eircode but they still send it to wrong borough EVERY single time. I'm waiting 3 weeks for one parcel that they say was misrouted and they update their message every second day with the same thing!!!

My parcel has been in Ireland since Feb 27th and in the same warehouse in Roscommon since March 2nd. It is now March 9th and no sign of my parcel. AI support is useless and the phone number puts you through to a robot who is also no help.
After submitting a review through trustpilot I received a prompt reply from UPS and also an update from the warehouse.

Delivery stopped by customs. UPS called me but phone blocked call calling it a scam number. They left voicemail. Foreign accent i couldn't fully understand looking for info to be sent to an email i couldn't verify. I rang back. Number not connecting. Everyman felt like a scam. I tuned off blocking. They called back next day. Same girl. Really hard to understand what was been asked. I think she was in a headset. Line just wasn't clear. Failed to make any effort to reassure me it was genuine and she seemed happy to finish the call when i said i found it suspicious. She rang a couple of days later. Gave me an email address. I couldn't verify email. I googled ups contact email. Emailed that but they said email another ups email. Don't know why they just didn't forward my query. They called again. Same person. Said it's my last chance. Hard to understand accent and unable to verify they were genuine. Never got package. Amazon refund me so no big deal. But UPS didn't seemed bothered. Probably genuine but ask red flags for a scam call. You can't just ring someone on a suspicious number and ask in a foreign accent for a someone to send you information.

UPS Ireland has provided one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had.
They delivered my package to the wrong address two days ago. Since then I have spent two full days calling their customer support trying to get the issue resolved. Every single time I called, I was promised that the problem would be fixed the same day. I was also told I would receive an email with details and that someone would contact me by phone. None of those promises were ever kept.
Customer service appears to be handled entirely by call centres outside of Ireland. The agents repeatedly told me they cannot contact the driver directly and are unable to do anything meaningful to resolve the situation. All they do is repeat scripted responses and make promises that never happen.
It is unacceptable for a major delivery company to deliver a package to the wrong address and then provide absolutely no real support to fix their mistake. There is zero accountability, zero follow-up, and no effective way to escalate the issue.
If you value your time, your parcels, or basic customer service, avoid UPS Ireland.

Absolutely terrible. I paid for a “quick delivery” and they said “they couldn’t access the apartment “. Of course you can access if you don’t even try! Nobody called, nobody texted. Customer support are like robots. Avoid avoid avoid

Two days in a row they have "attempted delivery" but I've received no phone call and no ring to my apartment. Customer service is a joke too, there's a number on their website but when you call it doesn't go through. Managed to find an email after digging around and even then they don't respond quickly. (Emailed yesterday afternoon, got a reply next afternoon, replied after, still waiting for a response). Delivery driver never left a slip so I can't even change the address. Literally they have one job, why make it so hard for people to receive their orders.

On an order for two duplicate vehicle keys from London costing 6 pounds sterling UPS attempted to charge 17.50 customs and no explanation whatsoever was forthcoming nor were they contactable in person. Never use again.

Shopping online because I want get my order without going anywhere. UPS sucks! Every time I have to go and collect at some collecting point, it's a far away and it's very very annoying.

Absolute trash. Was using them for a while for my small business and was getting good results. Then a load of packages went missing or got broken in transit and UPS basically stopped replying to me, they left me in the dark for weeks at a time and then when I actually managed to get through to someone I was fobbed off. This lesson has cost me over a 1k euro in lost or destroyed packages and non refunded shipping fees. The big companies always screw over the small businesses. Absolutely disgusted with the treatment and the lack of basic respect, as a business I recommend steer well clear

The worst delivery company in the world! I have no doubt about that! I've had problems with UPS deliveries before, but I never filed a complaint. Today I had another problem and decided to leave my feedback. Every time I've had problems it's been because of delays or because UPS was classifying my delivery as delivered even though they didn't even try to come to my house, even though I paid for delivery. I have to go to a location to pick it up because the company has incompetent drivers who don't do their job! If you have the option to choose another company like DHL or others, choose them even if it's more expensive because UPS will delay your lives!

UPS mis-directed our package to USA instead of Canada, unable to locate or give us any updates re location after almost 2 weeks. Universally Pathetic Service is what we received and still no updates from anybody- DO NOT USE UPS
