I was connected to a representative named Alexandra, who was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service Experience
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this delivery company was so frustrating that I feel others should be warned.
The driver didn’t even bother to deliver my parcel no knock, no note, nothing. And my door was not locked, I didn’t even listen to music, so I would hear them knock on the door. It was marked as undeliverable without any attempt made. When I called customer service to find out where my parcel was, I was connected to a representative named Alexandra, who was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. I didn’t catch her name at first, but the second time I called in and she said it and I just dismissed the line and called back again then I got to talk to someone else.
My parcel I called in a few times to UPS to get it home, only with a few promises and never actually delivered to home. So now I need to take this heavy package on the bus and home I need to walk a bit.
Alexandra also refused to listen to the full issue, cut me off multiple times, and showed zero willingness to help. It felt like she just wanted to get me off the phone rather than solve the problem. To make things worse, she promised to look into it and did absolutely nothing. I ended up having to call again just to avoid speaking with her.
Thankfully, on my second call, I spoke to a very kind and helpful gentleman who immediately understood the issue, apologized on behalf of the company, and admitted had failed to take the necessary steps.
The contrast between the two reps was staggering. If all customer service was like the second rep, I wouldn’t even be writing this. But Alexandra’s behavior was unacceptable, and I strongly urge the company to provide better training or reconsider whether someone with such poor attitude should be dealing with customers at all.
Avoid dealing with Alexandra if you can and if your parcel gets “lost,” don’t assume customer service will help you right away.
I have saved my recording with this poor customer service agent you can listen to it at time 14:00 the 2025-09-23. That should be a background how you don’t talk to your customer.

Very unprofessional and bad company

Very unprofessional, omoralisk in their service.
I gave this company a second chance ordering and the same thing still happened. They don’t not deliver the packages and lie that they couldn’t do it
Then when you talk to the customer service they keep coming up with excuses and and promises of making the delivery next time but still nothing comes up.

Very disappointing and I NEVER USING this transport company again.
I hope this company goes bankrupt.

Charged my account and did not complete the order

I was trying to book a shipment, the card payment gave a vague error, I tried to pay with PayPal, they took my money as an "authorization" and the page did not change and nothing happened. So now they froze my money even though the order did not go through, and it has been days. I sent an email asking them for a refund or to release the transaction but no reply!

Did not attempt to deliver my package

Did not attempt to deliver my package. It’s always the same, happening at the end of the day when the driver is short on time. Customer support even suggested the driver might be too lazy to actually exit the car to make an attempt.

Constant failed delivery attempts

As people mentioned before, their home delivery is just smoke and mirrors for a regular parcel. They will not contact you, and they will not ask for any delivery info. They'll just mask it as a failed delivery attempt and send it to the service point.

I also think their tracking system and digital systems are really bad. It's very hard to find anything on their webpage. You get sent around via different links, and they have so many internal concepts like My Choice® and InfoNotice®, which are unclear. If you try to figure it out, you lose all context and get no closer to understanding why your parcel isn't delivered.

Even as the receiving party with the tracking number, you can't find what delivery info they have. Maybe the number is wrong, or the street number? Nope, they won't tell you!

I've only ever used UPS when I was forced to, and I think it will stay that way. It just doesn't work.

UPS was supposed to deliver today

UPS was supposed to deliver today. I took the day off. One hour before the deliver time they change the date. I now have to collect the package 100 km away and take a taxi home. This is not unusual for UPS. They are useless. Avoid at all costs.

I called in for help and they did not…

I called in for help and they did not solve the issue, their microphone quality was bad and the caller spoke English despite me choosing Swedish when I called in. Also, she wasn't the nicest.

Incompetent and Unhelpful

Last year, UPS lost one of my parcels and I never received any email with the claim form they promised to send. Despite calling their customer service more than ten times and being told each time that I would be contacted by their team, no one ever reached out to me.

This year, I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake! I spent an entire day waiting for my delivery. At first, the tracking said it would arrive between 11:30 and 15:00, then it changed to “by the end of the day”. A few minutes before 20:00, the status suddenly changed to “damaged” and said the sender would be contacted. In this case, I am both the sender and the recipient, and I still haven’t received a single email or any information from UPS.

I’ve already contacted their customer service three times about this, and they are completely unable to tell me where my package is. They just keep saying that their team will contact me. But, based on my previous experience, I have no faith this will ever happen.

I simply want to know where my parcel is so that I can pick it up, damaged or not. Why won’t they deliver a damaged package instead of just making it disappear? This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

Thoroughly disappointed in their…

Thoroughly disappointed in their service.
You are better off with your local parcel service. Too expensive for the inefficient and unreliable service.
Whatever you are trying to send, don’t do it with UPS, I ignored the reviews and currently I’m burnt.
It’s going to be one story after another - just don’t do UPS!
To be forewarned is to be forearmed.

Useless delivery outfit

Rang the CS team, asked me to put a note on the door, the parcel just gets scanned at Järfälla and never leaves the terminal, what an awful company.

Why don't you take some accountability for 699kr shipping cost of the bike and actually do your job.

Was I informed that they where gonna…

Was I informed that they where gonna deliver today? NO. Did they at any point send out a text telling me about my order being out for delivery? NO

This is stupid as hell. When I finally recive a text it well past 19:00 when there costumer service is convinently closed for the evening.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever meet. All other companies send you a text or email telling you there a package on its way to you but dose UPS do this? NO for them to do that you have to register with them. IN WHAT WORLD DO I NEED TO BE REGISTERED TO A DELIEVERY COMPANY WHEN THEY HAVE MY CONTACT INFO ON THE PACKAGE FROM THE SENDER ALREADY!

I'm gonna call them tomarrow and give them an ear full, this is not okey, it's no accepteble to just send the order out to my home with out notifing me first to make sure I'm avalible to recive it once it get's here.

UPS is an absolute garbage

UPS is an absolute disgrace of a company. They keep postponing my delivery over and over with zero explanation. Then they have the audacity to LIE and claim they “attempted to deliver” but no one was home. That’s complete garbage,they never even bothered to ring the doorbell or make a single phone call.

This isn’t just incompetence, it’s straight-up dishonesty. I wasted my entire day waiting at home, only to be told some lazy driver pretended to show up. UPS doesn’t care about their customers, doesn’t care about their promises, and clearly doesn’t care about doing the most basic part of their job: delivering a package.

If you want frustration, wasted time, and lies shoved in your face, choose UPS. If you actually want your package delivered, stay as far away from this useless company as possible.

UPS simply doesn’t do home delivery

UPS simply doesn’t do home delivery for anything under 25 KGs. Don’t get me wrong, they SAY they do, but they’ll always just send it to a service point instead due to ”failed delivery”. Stay home and wait all day if you like, no one is gonna try to deliver to you. Only time they’ve actually delivered home to me were packages simply too heavy for a service point. Never a failed delivery in those cases. Pretty convenient huh?

I would rate UPS 0 if I could, I tried to change delivery instructions cause Who is normally at home on a workday. I just keep getting error messages when trying to change how I want it delivered. why even havd the option if it never works.

Would never use this service ever.

Would never use this service ever.

They send you a time for estimated delivery, CHANGES the time the same day so the window now is 4 hours instead of two.. and also they change it to be two hours earlier than first estimated. Then they don't arrive on time so I have wasted hours at home for nothing. If you can - choose another company because this one is the worst. UPS should let uber or foodora or someone else do their job, because at least they would deliver on time.

No delivery

UPS keeps pushing my delivery date forward every evening. Tracking says my package is “at the Access Point,” but it’s not there. Four days of false updates, no delivery, and no clear answers. Completely unacceptable.

ups is the worst delivery service

ups is the worst delivery service, absolute trash. I was waiting för my package that was promised delivery to my adress. They did not show up but claimed they did and was lying saying no-one was home. I was home, I was even on the porch waiting at the exact time they claimed they was at my door. Not only that I also have a surveillance camera activated based on motion pointing at my porch, they were not here, ever! I called them and after waiting in queue for a long time, a guy took my call and said he was sorry and was going to send a new ups chauffeur to my adress, needless to say they never did. Instead they returned the package to sender! I see there are many complaints here on Trustpilot, I understand why that is. ups is a scam company and should be banned from europe, they can have their business in that shithole USA.

Waited all day to get my parcel

Waited all day to get my parcel. I heard that someone ringed on my neighbours door & I could see from the window that someone was at the door with a parcel so I thought it must be UPS ringing the wrong bell but I thought they will see that I live in the second floor since it’s with big writing in the entrance. Nope, no parcel. Instead I got a email a moment later telling me they try to delivery it but without success so I have to walk 40 minutes back & forth to go & get it (I live in the middle of the city & there are a lot of closer places to pick up parcels). Ups is always shitty!
