no customer support and hide features that were paid for.

They Charged me 99 Dollars after the 14 Day free period... the problem is i Cant even logg in anymore to manage my subscription and Cancel my "membership". Big Scam writen all over it!!!!!!

I threaded follow up emails but the follow up emails were not in the same thread. I added a STOP statement when the contact replies to the sequence but the follow up email sent anyway and even recipients received the initial email multiple times. Also, my sequences got doubled, and some of them disappeared for no reason.
Support informed that they were experiencing some problems due to a major software enhancement, but the issue persists for months. BIG NO.
