Uptime Allies as a company were extremely attentive in dealing with an issue I had with my network. At all stages, their attention to detail was thorough, their communication was consistent and clear and they made every effort to resolve the problem i was experiencing. I would happily recommend them to anyone seeking a trusted supplier for broadband services

They moved my ONFL connection over. The customer service was brilliant. They kept me updated throughout the process of switching providers so I knew what was happening which I really appreciated.

I work from home and need reliable internet. Under my previous provider, I would often lose connection or if I was on a video call, it would freeze. Since Uptime Allies, I have had no issues with my internet. Great customer service always willing to help with any questions you have. The cost of the internet was about 40% lower than my renewal price, with my old provider. So not only a great internet provider, with great service levels, their prices are very low. Can’t recommend them enough.

Had issues with internet providers in my area, was recommended these guys and have no complaints, great customer service. I also got a great deal on my mobile phone contract through them.

I've been with Uptime Allies for coming up on a year now. Pricing is substantially more competitive than the old connection I had and the installation was handled exactly as I'd hoped with the engineer accommodating my preference regarding positioning of the equipment without hesitation.

The order process was simple and I really liked the communications I got ahead of the install day regarding the engineer visit.

I've had to call on their support only once (on install day) regarding the router I was wanting to use and they helped me get online within a couple of minutes, they were very knowledgeable and more than happy to help despite not being a device they had supplied.

I've had no issues with the service - it's been reliable and I always get great speeds. I plan to stay for a long time!
