I tried booking the service and paid then got an email saying that my order cannot be fulfilled and that I will receive a refund. Instead they charged me again and I cannot reach anyone for a proper refund

Total rip off, Signed up for a singe one off fast track and ended up paying over 100 Euros for services I never asked for, avoid this site

I should have read the reviews. This is a service devoted to scamming. Please beware.

Purchased a one-time fast track for 9.90 which was canceled and they used my cc for a subscription of 39.90 a month that I did not apply for. Customer service hung up on me and blocked the option to contact them again.

SCAM for me TOO. I paid for a Fasttrack pass and I straight away received an email saying there was no availability and they said that I should receive a reimborsement for this service whithin 5:10 working days. It's clear they ssll services they don't have .Then 4 days after that, I saw by pure chance that existed a 39.90 euros as a subscription' for a monthly service I wasn't aware and without any message to me via email.
I immediately wrote back to them and they replied :
"Hello,

We would like to inform you that you subscribed to the UpTrip service at a rate of £33.90 per month, giving you access to premium travel services.

However, we regret to inform you that the subscription fees were activated by you and, in accordance with our General Terms of Service, we are unable to grant any additional refund.

I was not aware neither of the 3 days free trial nor of the montly subscription activated after the trial period and they never informed me about both these trial and final subscription.

And they seems unaware too of My rights regarding the unsolicited monthly service—14-day cooling-off period: Having activated the online service on June 20, 2026, and cancelled it on June 24, 2026, via your website, I'm well within the statutory 14-day window to withdraw without penalty (the standard withdrawal period for general service contracts without specific dates).

Of course the story will not finish here...

I paid for two fast track security passes, this was all I signed up for on the page and the next thing I know I’ve been charged £34.55, apparently I signed up for a subscription which I never did. Reported to my bank as this company are refusing to refund me.

Do not use ! Used once - got pass for flight.
However next day company with similar name attempted to take more funds. 39 euros

SCAM. I paid for a Fasttrack pass and I straight away received an email saying there was no availability and the payment was reversed. The day after, however, payment was taken again, then day after that they took 39.90euros as a 'subscription' for a service which does not exist. On complaining they then provided a screen shot which THEY had filled out with my name as though I had agreed to the subscription, yet the boxes to accept had not been ticked. On pointing out this illegality, I have now received an email saying my refund had been approved as I was within the 14 day legal period.
