After extended communication with UQUID’s support and compliance teams, the outstanding MATIC balance has now been fully refunded and the issue is resolved.
While the final outcome was correct, the process involved significant delays, system-side reconciliation issues, and required persistent follow-up.
I appreciate the eventual resolution and hope future cases can be handled more transparently and efficiently.

I had an issue with a BSNL mobile recharge where the operator did not confirm the transaction. Even after many attempts, BSNL was not giving any proof. The UQUID support team was very patient and cooperative throughout the process.
Even though their supplier declined due to no confirmation from BSNL, the support agent personally helped me and refunded my amount from his own side. This shows how much they value their customers. I really appreciate their honesty and fast communication.
