I haven’t gotten an update on my last purchase, plus I can’t reach them by phone or email.

After waiting for over a week my order was cancelled because they couldn't 'fulfill my order as quick I'd like'. Lack of communication, email address is wrong and phone number is to shop not to warehouse.

I ordered an 8x6 potting shed shed over the first lockdown. Due to c19 the wait was loooong, but Jonathan at Urban Grow was extremely helpful, kept me updated and in November my shed arrived. I constructed the shed with a friend, neither of us had built a shed before. The instructions were simple to follow and took us about 5 hours. I then spent the next 7 weeks turning a cute potting shed into my favourite place in the world, my writing hut. I geso many compliments on it, and after serious shopping around I'm so pleased I chose Urban Grow. Their products and customer service are awesome.

I placed an (smallish) order in late December and I still have no shipping date. I put in a WhatsApp chat and no response to that after almost a week. I guess I will have to phone. :-(

Excellent products and service. Recently bought a potting shed 6’8’. Very well made and solid wood. Easy to construct and clear instructions. I contacted the company a few times and their customer service was excellent. Very good company with an excellent product for an urban garden. Potting shed is perfect and big enough for potting and just relaxing with a drink.

I recently ordered the Corten Steel planter which arrived very quickly. The quality was excellent and so I have ordered several more.
