This is a belated review but last August I got made redundant after working for the same company for 11 years. i had been with other agencies but they were not really getting what i wanted, Emma and Caroline were amazing they understood my strengths and got me a great job with Reed and mackay. sadly due to covid i have been made redundant again and i had no hesitation in contacting these ladies again.

Super positive, friendly , personal service from Caroline and Emma , accurate and well suited options offered to meet my requirements , great communication by phone and email, really helped to achieve the best deal for me , thanks so much , I would recommend to any one without a doubt and use again.

I used before with few recruitment companies, but the approach and the professionalism I found with you guys it's amazing. Keep it up!! On a way I hope I don't need your service in the future, as you got me in the most suitable position I could dream of, but I will definitely recommend you to everyone looking for help.

Caroline and Emma were absolutely brilliant. It didn't feel like I was another candidate they had to place but I felt like they really cared and they always gave me a boost of confidence when I needed it. It's hard moving to the other side of the world trying to find a job but they assured me I would find the right one if I hung in there, and I did. I am so grateful to have crossed paths with these ladies and I certainly wouldn't have found such an amazing opportunity if it wasn't for them.

Emma and Caroline were very supportive throughout the recruitment process, and were in contact with me at every stage. They helped me prepare for my interview, giving me tips and information about the company and what they are looking for which put me at ease and made me less nervous for the interview. This resulted in a fast offer from the company. They were very responsive and came back with feedback from the company after my interview. Even after I had secured the position they remained in contact, and were interested to see how I got on. Would definitely recommend Urbanberry, thank you Emma and Caroline!

Can't recommend these ladies enough. No salesy recruitment tactics here. They were both so great to speak with, really listened to what it was I was looking for and were always at hand when I needed to bombard them with questions. Within one week of them contacting me I had a job offer for a role that was way way better than anything I could've found myself! Caroline even told me when I was selling myself short salary wise which got me a higher wage than I would've asked for! Hopefully I won't have to use them myself for a while, but i'll definitely be sending anyone I know their way. Thank you ladies, and keep doing what you're doing!

I have never really enjoyed using recruitment agents as I found them too 'salesy'. They were far from this, they want you to do well and succeed and it really shows through their personal and professional service. I will definitely be contacting them again, if I need a new venture!

Caroline & Emma were pretty much the best recruitment agents I've came across in my time when looking for work. Having worked myself in recruitment for years they really shone as individuals who cared about the applicant, where always fast at getting back to me and very helpful with all of my interviews.
