Ordered a pair of trousers almost 6 weeks ago. NO communication re my order and my emails are clearly going nowhere as I've received NO REPLY! I've now come to accept the fact that I won't be receiving my order, especially after reading thes reviews. Unbelievable. However I blame myself for not reading their reviews before buying from these people as I'd never heard of them before, bur their website looked professional. Scammers!

Bought and paid for an item over 2 months ago, never sent it. Had to get bank involved to claim back money. Avoid at all costs !!

I’ve reported them to BBC Scam Interceptors they cannot keep taking peoples hard earned money and getting away with it it’s hard enough

Never received the items ordered chased several times
Told me they were resending
This was a month ago

I placed an order on 7th October for a bday gift ! After trying to contact numerous times no reply ! DO NOT use this company , if you could call them that ! I will be contacting consumers today but don't hold out much hope

Order never arrived. No refund. Lost money. No communication. I ordered clothes and have waited over 5 weeks and haven't recieved my order. I have contacted them via email and recieve the same automated reply stating stock issues and the last email no reply. Live messenger no reply. DO NOT USE!!

I have been waiting for my order for 2 months. No communication with them, as they’re not replying to my emails. This is a horrendous company!! Do NOT order!!

Been waiting 5 weeks for an order , and a get same as everyone else on these reviews, a copy and paste email same thing over and over , it will be there mid week till end of week
So that's another week and still no response I have sent more emails and nothing now . Don't waste your time with this ripoff company

Ordered goods on 28th September, emailed the company to request why my order has not been sent, they advise problems with stock etc.
I have since emailed the company 6 times but no reply.
Order at your peril as you won't receive the goods, they just take your money.
Now waiting 30 days before request a charge back from my credit card company to refund my money.

Parents used site and received no goods. Copy and paste email response same as others. Website unfinished and order number doesn't exist. Money taken from account.
Parents tried to call via number on website and no answer. Stopped responding to my emails when requesting refund

Shocking company - DO NOT ORDER!!

I have been waiting over two weeks for delivery, only to receive an automated email when contacting them to advise "I wanted to let you know that we’ve experienced some unexpected stock delays, and I’m really sorry for the hold-up. Your order will be with you by mid or end of next week latest"

Even though the tracking shows dispatched and on route for two weeks. Poor customer service, poor reviews, shocking delivery - save your money and go to a reputable company.

A generous 1 star for this absolute rogue trader. Placed an order and after chasing a week later was told item would arrive by the end of the week. Another week later and it still hasn’t been dispatched. 4 weeks on and no sign, constantly chasing for a refund but keep getting told that item will arrive soon. Avoid and don’t be fooled. I fully expect that the clothes will cheap Chinese rubbish if they are lucky enough to arrive!

They are a fake webpage, they don't have stock, they will send you lie after lie when you question your delivery. If you have ordered something, dispute your charge now

If i had the option I would give this company zero stars. 4 weeks on from when I placed my order i have received half my order. Nothing like what was described online. No reply to emails, phone rings no answer. Please avoid this scam website at all costs!!!!!!!!

Scam website. Hasn’t sent my order, doesn’t respond to emails. Mobile number just rings and rings. Office number doesn’t exist. Avoid!

I bought 2 items one was correct the other was the wrong top and wrong colour. I emailed them and left a phone message no one came back to me.
