My order was for Cattleya seed which orchid growers know has seed like powder or fine dust. After a long wait, the seed arrived - biggish black seeds. NOT ORCHID. My emails are being returned as non-delivered.

I could see that that urban garden seeds had shipping available to Australia. So I emailed to ask if I could ship my seeds to Australia, but got no answer. I took a risk, spent $30 and received a letter from Australian customs with the empty package saying that the contents were not verified, not labeled, and so they had to destroy the contents.
You would think that a nice looking website that solely sells seeds worldwide would have its contents declared as seeds with the species name? Other websites would offer refunds. Such as Etsy and eBay.
I ordered several different fuchsia seeds back in January 12th. Tracking showed the order coming from China then finally arrived in NY,NY. But the tracking ended there. I never got my order. The email address came back not valid. Then tried the gmail address posted with not response. I called the 800 number but you can’t talk to anyone, you have to leave a message. It is April and no order and no response from the company.
They show an address in San Antonio,TX and another in the Philippines. I will contact my credit card company to see if I can get a refund. I have yet to see any positive reviews. Buyer beware. Believe they are a SCAM!
Scammers.
Shipped seeds with false customs declaration claiming it was a greeting card.
Fortunately MPI intercepted and alerted me.
Seeds were not labeled and could have been anything.
No response to emails.
Appear to be impersonating a USA seed company with similar name.
Don't trust this company. After payment there is no confirmation email. it's fraud
I ordered seeds from them, and seeds did arrive 3 weeks later, but they weren't the seeds I ordered. It's impossible to contact them, so my credit card company gets to deal with it. Wish I'd read these reviews before I got duped.
Don't be fooled by this company. Their website urbangardenseed.com is very misleading versus a legit US grower's website of urbangardenseeds.com. Urbangradenseed.com list a US Office of 6100 NW Loop 410 San Antonio Texas United States 78238. That address is a run down apartments complex by the name of Cypress Grove Apartments. We did receive our order very late, 0% of the seeds received propagated and ended up getting the Credit Card Company involved to dispute the charge,
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There is no communication from them post purchase. Shipping will take 30-60 days because they are a Chinese company even though they represent them as an American company. If you try to submit a inquiry or communicate via their website or email, the message goes no where.
I actually had the seeds arrive from this website, but they were completely the wrong seeds, I don't know what they are. Asparagus Fern seeds are small, black and spherical shaped, they come out of the berries of the plant. The seeds I received are like needles, I'm not sure what plant they came from or even if they are seeds? I would have never ordered if I knew it was coming from China. I have never had anything arrive from online purchases from China that has been any good or worked.
It's a scam. Paid for rose seeds and now they want more money saying the package is being held in Chinese port. I have to involve my financial institution and cancel my bank card. Terrible scam.
The company website says they are in California. I ordered florist gloxinia seed. They offered a selection with different pictures. I received some different type of seed from China.
I’d give this a zero if I could. Don’t order! Scam! I ordered from them and never received a email confirmation on the order. I called twice. You can only leave messages. I left 2. I also emailed them. No response. So now I have to file a dispute with PayPal after 7 days of placing the order. BEWARE!
This company is based in China, but website represent as a USA company. Customer service is ZERO! They do not reply to email, phone message or their website chat. DO NOT ORDER from this place.
This is a Chinese scam company. they won't send you anything. Just thieves.
This is a company based in China, and is NOT urbangardneseeds.com which is based in Minnesota. They are misrepresenting themselves. We ordered seeds from what we thought was Urbangardenseeds.com and received (3 weeks later) some desiccated seeds in flimsy plastic in a tiny package from China. We will challenge the charge and let out Credit card company go after them.
