We were very impressed by speed of delivery. Ordered before lunch Monday & our goods were delivered by 1pm the following day amazing. Skeptical about whether the products would live up to reviews. Both my wife & my self are very happy with how sound we are sleeping. I can report sleep underlay pillow cover & mat seem to be doing exactly as described. In Australia earthing through an earth…
In Australia earthing through an earth pin in a 3 point socket is questionable when it comes to safety a malfunction in the residence can occur at another point and cause serious injury to an innocent person the mat I got I'm in the process of making it possible to be earthed strait into the ground without having to put the earthing through the earth in the residents power supply.

Thanks for your review.
Just to clarify, the design of the grounding cord is specifically made to connect only to the grounding port of a standard Australian outlet. The top two prongs are plastic, so they cannot connect to active or neutral — the only conductive pin is the earth pin, which connects solely to the ground.
The cord also includes a 100kΩ safety resistor, which is there to provide an additional layer of protection. This is standard in grounding products and helps limit current in the unlikely event of an electrical fault.
We also clearly explain on the product pages how the sheets connect through the earth port of a 3-pin outlet, so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. This design has also been reviewed and approved by electricians, and we’ve been selling these products for around 10 years with many thousands of customers and zero safety issues reported.
If you’re uncomfortable using the outlet ground, we also sell grounding rods which allow the product to connect directly to the earth outside, which some customers prefer.
That said, if you’re not comfortable using the product, you’re welcome to return it within the trial period and we can arrange a refund once it’s received back.

Received to Sydney in 2 days
Received to Sydney in 2 days. I've had a niggling shoulder injury for around 12 months from a reformer class with weights, and literally overnight I'm able to bend back my arm again and rest it behind my head, touch my fingers behind my back top to botton again and the stiffness and tension is gone. It's unbelievable. It's my new favourite thing.

Great product and service
I was unwell when my earthing underlay arrived (sooner than I expected) but managed to take my old grounding sheet off the bed and install the new underlay with a favourite fitted sheet over it, before lying down and sleeping for 2 hours and waking feeling like a new woman! Since then I have slept consistently better at night than for a long time. I am very happy with both the underlay and the unexpected gift of a grounding mat :)

Super Response to Grounding Sheet
The website was easy to navigate & the information enlightening as I didn't know much about grounding until I had a hamstring injury & was looking for something to help with the healing. From the very first night I slept well & could feel the increase in circulation not only in the bad leg. I also noticed my dog twitching when she lay on the grounding mat. She didn't move away so I put it in her bed the next night & instead of being restless, she slept well (older dog with arthritis). There is no pain in my leg now despite very large tear so I'm very happy with my package of the sheet & grounding mat & also finding that I don't need a pillow any more & my neck is excellent.
It was also a bonus to be able to pay in off in 4 automatic payments.
