The canvas was very well protected by the packaging and arrived on time and in good order, ready to hang. Very happy with purchase.

I ordered a framed canvas from Urban Interiors. I paid extra to the the canvas framed in 'Oak', with the product description noting a 'solid timber frame'. I was dissapointed to see on arrival, that the frame was not, in fact, solid oak. It was, in fact, a veneer wrapped frame, NOT of solid oak timber. Be aware of this when ordering oak frames from this company. Had I known this was a cheap vaneer wrapped frame, I would not have ordered from this company. I abhore vaneers, they look cheap and nasty, and they never reflect the natural color of oak timber. Because of the veneer - the framing looks a bit dull, and it really brings down the whole print. I won't be ordering from this company again. Note - other australian wall art retailers actually use solid timbers in their framing, at a very similar price point.

The canvas has been framed beautifully. The canvas print itself is gorgeous. Very happy with the purchase.

I was contacted by Urban Interiors after writing in a review that the frame of my canvas had arrived broken. All good and prompt. They then advised that I'd need to pay $56 to get the frame returned to them for repair.

Not really good enough to me: having to pay an extra $56 to get a product I'd already paid for seems unreasonable. I realise that damage incurred during delivery is not their fault - but neither is it mine.

There are a tonne of other companies offering framed canvases. I'll try with them next time.

The company contacted me to advise me that my order would be delayed. After an extensive delay I contacted the company. They gave
me $20 cash back as a way of an apology. My Black Cockatoo print arrived not long after. I love the bold colours, and am very happy I decided to go with a natural timber frame. It makes the print look more classy, and goes beautifully with our decor.
