Kids went to urban jump they refused to…

Kids went to urban jump they refused to let thm use the facilities and also said they would not get a refund.Anyone thats goes be aware if they wont let you use the facilities once you have paid, they wont give you a refund. If not make a complaint with the financial ombudsman and they will get charged 1200 for the investigation. And more than likely you will get your money back.

Not Great, but Lots of Potential

ARRIVAL
When we arrived, we were greeted by not very nice staff, who told us that we were not allowed to wear our own grippy trampolining socks. But we said, that the last time we went, we were allowed to wear own socks, but a staff member said, "last time is last time". The socks are cheap and came apart after one time.

EXPERIENCE
Before entering the trampolining area ,we had to sit in front of a TV to watch a safety briefing, about what you can and can't do. The following rules are pointless and make trampolining boring:

No running on the trampolines
No playing it/tag
Not allowed to have more than one person on a trampoline
Not allowed to run into each other

I know that safety is important, but this is taking it to a whole other level.

I have lived around the world and I was born in Dubai.
In Dubai you were allowed to do anything you wanted , with in reason.

FOOD
For food, I ordered a ham and cheese toasty, that was served with ready salted crisps, salad with a sweet dressing and little bread cubes. For a trampolining park, the food was pretty good for the price of 4 pounds.

It is a bit sad, but because of all of the rules and procedures I would not be coming back in a hurry.
