What a great experience we had buying a kitchen from Urban Kitchens in Preston!
Ben was absolutely great to work with. So knowledgeable, understanding and absolutely no hard sell which was important to us.

Ben knew the products well, everything was really reasonably priced and he was great about little tweaks and alterations along the way.

We now have a functional, gorgeous kitchen and we’re absolutely thrilled!

Ben designed our kitchen writhing 30 mins, he knew exactly what we were looking for even when we didn’t and made our dream become a reality! Communication was excellent throughout! Urban Kitchens really look after their clients.

Chris the fitter was amazing! Nothing was a problem for him, a number of times he would say “ it’s your kitchen if I can do it I will” Chris is very particular and quite the perfectionist and coped wonderfully calmly with some challenging problems!

Thank heavens for the highly recommended Urban Kitchens! We were signposted here from our building planner and it was the BEST part of our whole extension journey. I just wish everything else had been so easy! Ben Fletcher was literally on hand at every opportunity to take us through the process, anticipating every need and providing brilliant communication and expertise to guide us. He emailed and kept in contact at every vital point and proactively chased our builder for information and the supplier for delivery dates. It took so much stress and pressure away that I don't think I truly appreciated how much that made a difference. The quality of the kitchen just mirrors the high quality customer service but to us it was this exceptional personal experience that has gone above and beyond our expectations. We are truly grateful and cannot thank Ben enough for all of his efforts to support our brand new kitchen installation. It is fantastic and we are so pleased with it!

My hubby and I moved into a new build with a lovely new kitchen from Urban Kitchens. We needed a few extra units installing and weren't sure about what would fit and where. Ben came to our rescue and used our existing kitchen plan to design a super island along with extra units. The work was completed on time and to a high standard and Ben was ultra helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. We are really delighted with our completed kitchen and want to thank Ben and his team for their excellent service.

Came here after being messed about with a big company… back and forwards with different prices.

The team at Urban Kitchens gave us 1st class service and great advice throughout the process and at a price that was hugely better than the other quotes we had. The quality of the units and fitting are second to none. The communication has been great throughout and I would recommend thoroughly as your 1st call if looking for a new kitchen.

We are in the process of purchasing a new build property, the developer uses Urban kitchens preston.
We had our first meeting with Ben yesterday to choose our new kitchen.
We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted prior to the meeting.
We wanted to make a number of changes to the original design. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything at a level that we understood, he even identified areas were we could gain further storage and accessibility.
The updated designs were displayed on a large screen as the designs were changed and updated which was a huge help.
Really promising first meeting and experience with this company. When home we received additional plans and images of our kitchen via email, as it was a Saturday we were not expecting this.
I will update the review as the project proceeds but would strongly recommend Ben's services.

Ben from Urban managed the whole process from choosing the kitchen, giving advice and helpful insights and was always on hand throughout the process. We couldn’t be more pleased and would like to give Ben and the team a big thank you. We would positively recommend Ben and Urban.

We shopped around for a new kitchen and Urban Kitchens were by far the best price with excellent quality kitchens. Ben was a great help with good advice and good communications. Nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind on some of the designs it was sorted straight away. What I really like about this company is, they called when they said they would and turned up on the days that we arranged, they never let us down.

Joe the fitter was great, he even boxed in some pipes to match our beautiful new kitchen.

Don't bother going to the bigger companies; you'll only end up paying the earth for the same kitchen.

I will definitely pass on our experience to family and friends and anyone else looking for a new kitchen.

Just had a new kitchen fitted in one of my rental properties. It was a very tight turnaround as we needed to get a new kitchen ordered and fitted within one month between tenants. Josh at Urban Kitchens was incredibly helpful, making the process super easy and even organised the kitchen fitter. Great service, great value and will definitely be using them again.

Nothing was too much trouble for Ben and the team, he provided helpful advice regarding design and kept an eye on progress throughout.
We changed our mind about a couple of things but this was accommodated without a fuss. After sale service was all we would have expected. We are delighted with our new kitchen.
The fitters did a great job too, neat and tidy workers.
