Bad customer experience
They canceled my order and said my item was no longer available. Then why did their system allow me to order it? Better inventory system needed to prevent this kind of disappointment.

oversized denim faux fur parka…
I bought the oversized denim faux fur parka a couple years ago and I still wear it! I love that it is two coats in one! the denim part in the summer and then, in the autumn I zip on the faux fur. It is incredibly warm and if kept well, it will last you a good few years! People have even asked me if it is designer! I would definitely buy another one! Never had any problems with the boutique itself, great price, quality and overall service! Thank you very much Urban Mist!!
