I am an interior designer based in North London and have worked with Urban Myth on many client projects. We have recently completed a new kitchen in Highbury- and the client is thrilled. Peter, Lee and the team are incredibly skilled at what they do, and aside from offering a wonderful product they guide you with competence through the whole process. From design to completion, the service and can do attitude I cannot fault. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Urban Myth and will be back soon!

We were most impressed by the quality of materials, time planning, management and service supplied, the only reason that this is not a five star review is that we would have expected a site visit from the Project Manager or one of the management team on completion to ensure we the customers were totally satisfied.

Truly a gem amongst kitchen companies. Just finishing major rebuild and have to say it was design for Bar Kichen And Utility room drawn up by Marzena that kept me going . Lee project Manager brilliant kept us fully informed. Adam who fitted kitchen was amazing . Tom at Head office really easy to deal with and thank you to Sonal who was dealing with utility room . I am quick to moan and point out shortfalls with companies as sadly service is getting to be a forgotten thing . Everyone we had dealings with at Urban Myth have been with the company for many many years which I think is the best recommendation ever

I had a few small faults which I feel was acceptable after over 4 years of usage. An appointment was made and the young chap who came to do the repairs went above and beyond my expectations. Very thorough, professional and polite. Also very tidy with great attention to detail.

We have a wonderful kitchen!
The designers were knowledgeable, creative and paid attention to detail and personal needs. Project management was efficient and professional. Experienced fitters brought the concept into fruition.
Other team members worked behind the scenes responding to any queries or concerns promptly and effectively. We had a problem with the worktop supplied by a third party and Urban myth worked with them to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
We had a team of kitchen experts who were pleasant to work with and have given us a dream kitchen and utility room.
Would highly recommend!

From our initial design consultation to our kitchen all finished and installed I couldn’t fault Urban Myth at all. They have been attentive at every step of the way. We loved our design they suggested and they took on our feedback. Communication from the whole team is second to none and the whole process ran smoothly. We loved Ben our on site fitter, he was super respectful in our home and did a fantastic job, taking care of all the finished details. So much so we recommend my mum to them who had her kitchen done too. We highly recommend.

From the time that I contacted Majid at Urban Myth about replacing my kitchen cupboard doors to the time that they replaced them, I was really surprised at how efficient, understanding, professional and nice they were, and just how very pleasant the whole experience was. I would very very highly recommend them.

Urban Myth fitted our Kitchen and two bedrooms ten years ago. The quality of their work and the units has been proved over this time.
Recently we had an issue with bedside cabinet fixings coming away from the wall. Not a fault of the units but a weakness in the wall.
Urban Myth quickly arranged to remove the unit and refit it after the wall repair. It was good to deal with a company that still provides excellent service after ten years!

Urban Myth did a great job designing and fitting our new kitchen. We love the final result, it really looks amazing. Peter Hill was able to include all of our requirements within our budget and the project was followed up by Lee on a weekly basis, making it easier for the builders of our extension to build to the required specifications. The whole process was hassle free and the customer service after fitting is fantastic. We have already recommended this company to our friends and may start a new project to refit another living area with them in the near future. Thanks again for a wonderful kitchen! We operate serviced apartments across London. We received a report of cracked glass on a hob, so placed an order with Urban Myth to get the glass replaced. This was paid for on April 12. By April 24 we hadn't heard anything, so when we chased we were told the part was out of stock in the UK, ETA 7-10 working days. Followed up 8 May, heard back on May 13 saying no ETA. On 21 May, we went to cancel the order as the hob is dangerous to use with cracked glass. On the same day, UM tells us that actually the part has been delivered and can an engineer attend the following day to install. We said please proceed. On 23 May, UM sends and email saying that the engineer reported a successful install.

1 June: we received a report from our hsk team that the glass on the hob was cracked. We look at the photos, and it's the exact same crack as before. The work was never carried out.

Eventually UM did refund us for the glass, but based on the fraudulent claims, we will never work with Urban Myth again.

How lucky am I to have found this company, nothing was too much trouble. Everything worked like clockwork and all fits in perfectly. This is a company with great communication skills. My questions were all answered by Majid. Rob measured up the kitchen and was the project manager and Colin fitted the kitchen beautifully, a very capable and brilliant fitter. All are a credit to the Company and to themselves. Would highly recommend Urban Myth

Fantastic service from Urban Myth from start to finish from the initial consultation with Marzena with presentations of plans and visuals, through iterations of the designs and site visits from Lee. Great attention to detail and kitchen is fantastic, exceeding our expectations. Nothing too much trouble and the team were proactive throughout.
Special mention to Adam who fitted the kitchen and was a pleasure to have in out house. Adam fitted everything meticulously, keeping us informed of what he was doing throughout and scrupulously cleaned up every evening. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his skill and attention to the tiniest detail was outstanding.

We visited 6 kitchen places to assess their design ideas and pricing. Urban Myth was the only place out of all 6 kitchen companies that had an inspired design and met all of our requirements.
Marzena and Peter (on the design side) were amazing, and so were the rest of the staff - Lee who project managed it all, the people that did the fitting of the kitchen, and even the delivery guys! Their customer service was second to none - they even had an independent freelancer (unrelated to Urban Myth) come over to show me how to use my appliances when I mentioned in passing to one of the kitchen fitters that I didn't really know how to use them!
I would wholeheartedly recommend them. My kitchen is very beautiful and is exactly how I wanted it. I'm so happy with the result, and am so happy I selected them. Their prices were also reasonable given that the products are bespoke and of high quality.

The whole experience with Urban Myth, from start to finish was exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the showroom we felt unrushed and looked after. I wanted to "live" my kitchen for a while before writing a full review and all I can say is I love it. The design and quality are better than I could have imagined and everyone at Urban Myth is genuinely very helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know who is thinking of having a new kitchen!

On meeting Davide and Peter on our first visit to the showroom we were filled with confidence by their professionalism and friendly manner. Davide was our lead designer and came up with a number of ideas, listening to our brief and giving us his time to get the design right for us. The wider team, including site manager Lee, Carlos and our fitter Terry were always helpful and considerate. They were neat and tidy and were happy to address any issues arising, finding solutions when needed from the start to the finish.

What a fantastic kitchen company. From start to finish, their focus is on making sure their customers end up with their dream kitchen, and we certainly did.

The initial consultation is like no other kitchen company I went to. It is a completely tailored experience with a view of creating a bespoke kitchen for you. Marzena and Peter are incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, so it is like having two kitchen interior designers helping to make your dream home. They offer great advice based on the information you tell them and had the patience of a saint when it comes to constant questions and changes from me!

The kitchen fitter, Ben, was brilliant and a perfectionist, which means you end up with an incredible finish. Their project manager, Lee, kept our builders up to date and was great at overseeing the fitting.

We couldn’t recommend them enough.
