I'm here due to the same problems others have experienced; I ordered, got nothing via email after a £690 spend, nothing. On shop it seems to show as in limbo, the amount shows on my bank, all very strange; Ive gone into the bank to stop the payment now as the other worrying things is on the Shop pay page it says 'payment will be decided at the time the order is delivered' errr nope, the payment amount is the amount we agreed thank you!!!

Ordered a pizza oven from their website. Said order accepted after making payment. Heard nothing for over a week after emailing twice. Have seen the payment transaction for the oven was declined at their end. Had no contact at all. Really poor service and customer care - would look elsewhere.

Love my bbq!! So glad I’ve invested in a new one for summer and can’t wait to use it. Everything was great with urban outdoor kitchen , thank you!!

They sell items they don’t stock, promise delivery, doesn’t arrive until after date, don’t respond to emails, slow to refund caused lots of hassle over the passed 3 weeks

I chose Urban Outdoor Kitchens after searching for the web for the BBQ I wanted. I was able to confirm via email it was in stock and ready for same day shipping. delivery was prompt and BBQ arrived well packaged on a pallet. excellent product and service.

I received the bbq in very good wrapping. The product is very easy to be installed and very good quality.
