My experience started with ordering the SanSelmo Classico Lime Wash Brick .
We chose these brick to form a decorative feature. My paver laid the bricks whilst I was away. During the course of laying it was apparent that 90 of the bricks weren’t to a good enough quality to lay. Not only that we had to alter the design , due to this issue .
I rang Urbanstone and explained , John the sales rep called me a lier , and asked me not to make excuses . ( I kid you not )
I of course made an immediate complaint to Donna , I’m presuming a manager (?).
This trial started on the 31st July and after 8 emails 4 phone calls , IT issues system issues and god knows what next . I’m still awaiting my refund . And do you know how much that is $153 .
So Urbanstone trust pilot suggests I make a suggestion of how you can improve
I have a feeling I really don’t need to tell you .
