they are scamming and just giving trash in parcel

I ordered pack of three trousers. I received only two!! The colors are red and this color was never the option I selected.

The sizes are different and they seem slightly used!

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I ordered a **pack of 3 trousers for Rs. 1,999**, but instead of receiving what I paid for, I received only **2 trousers**. To make matters worse, one trouser was so small that it looked like it was made for a little child, and the other arrived **stained, dirty, and appeared to be used**.

The quality was completely different from what was advertised on the website. It feels like the products shown online are only there to attract customers, while something entirely different is shipped.

After receiving the parcel, I tried contacting their customer support, but **their phone number has been switched off the entire time**. There has been no response or assistance, making it impossible to resolve the issue. This shows a complete lack of customer service and responsibility.

In my opinion, this store appears to be misleading customers. It looks like they are simply using a **Shopify website template** to create a professional-looking store while sending incorrect or poor-quality products and then becoming unreachable.

I strongly advise everyone to **avoid buying from Urban Trouser Store**. Save your money and shop from a trustworthy seller instead. Based on my experience, this business is unreliable, unprofessional, and has caused me nothing but disappointment.
