Total Scam

My item was never received and their customer service refused to give me a refund. I had to escalate my claim to PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The Keilas (Ureashi.com) represent how bad dealing with a global company can get!

On Dec 7th, I saw an ad on Facebook for a baby Yoda plush. During the order, my phone lost signal, so the order was lost. I made a second attempt to order, and discovered The Keilas website had cookies in place that saved my previous attempt, so I now had an order for two plush dolls instead of one. I immediately sent them an email requesting a cancellation of the order, since their website didn't offer any means to cancel, or update the order. I gave it several hours before contacting them again; it was Saturday, so I assumed they may not even be in the office. After 5 emails over three days with no response, I considered putting in for a stop payment at my bank, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. On Tuesday (a full business day after the order was place) they processed the payment with still no response to any of my emails. I didn't hear back from ureashi.com (The Keilas) until Dec 26th claiming there was nothing they could do since orders are sent directly to the shipping department. However, it's been well over a month, and the product(s) still haven't arrived. I just want my money back. I can imagine $64.93 doesn't seem like a lot of money to squabble over, but this whole experience has left me feeling I can't trust global companies, and PayPal support isn't as accessible as they have been in the past. I recognize that I made the mistake of not paying attention to the quantity, but I attempted contact them within minutes of seeing my mistake, so a response 3 weeks after the fact really isn't by design meant to be helpful. This just may be how global companies operate, but I definitely wont be doing business with them again. Having the ability to update an order before shipping is why I normally only do business with Amazon. However, since Amazon represents vendors from all over the world, I have been hit a couple times with the instant order scenario. The only difference is Amazon was more hands on with a resolution than PayPal has been. Right now all I want is my money back, but if I just paid for the knowledge to never order off Facebook again, then I suppose that it could have been worse. I'm glad there are websites like this for consumers. It's clear that companies like Facebook and even Amazon don't vet their vendors. Vetting is pretty much left to us the consumer. So even if you contributed to issue with a dumb mistake, it's important to let people know when a company isn't offering reasonable consumer interaction. Hiding behind automated procedures isn't acceptable, and we as consumers need to make that clear, or nothing changes for the better.

UPDATE: Paypal's automated system contacted me a week after submitting my vendor dispute. The email claimed Ureashi had failed to follow up with them within the allotted 7 days, so Paypal is refunding my credit card. I still would have preferred talking to a human being when looking for a reasonable resolution, but Paypal took care of it, so I have to give them credit.

Hello Sergio,
Thanks for reaching us and sorry for our late reply.
FYI, we've checked your order and we are sorry to inform you that you can not cancel your order as you require. To be precise, according to our policy, " WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF you want a refund/return because the expected shipping to Canada far exceeds Christmas Eve. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.”
Finally, thanks for choosing us, in case you have more queries about your purchase, feel free to contact us.
Warm regards,
Cherrie Ivy

THESE GUYS WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

I ordered from these thieves on the 16th off December and never got my order! I lost $30 and my mother’s Christmas present to this crooks! I sent so many emails to them and never got anything back! I even wrote a review on thekelias.com saying everything that everyone has mentioned on this site. And OF COURSE it never got listed! There’s 4 glowing reviews on the item that I bought and none of them are less than perfect reviews. So never trust a product that only has perfect scores. It was just now that I found this site by researching the transaction myself using my bank statement. It’s only now that I realize to my horror that I have been robbed! That was the only thing I got my mother for Christmas. So I had NOTHING for her that morning! I really hope we can report them and get these scammers arrested.
BUY NOTHING FROM THEKELIAS.com or UREASHI!!!

SCAMMERS!! Never got my item!

Never got my item!
I too placed an order November 27 2019 and they got paid right away.
I have contacted them a couple of times. they responded with an email with a tracking # and a courier link. They also stated that to come to Canada it would take 20-30 days.
I clicked the attached link and the tracking # they gave me, did not exist!!
Thank God for Paypal so I can get my money back.
Please do not get scammed like I did.

Awful Service

I placed an order with them on Dec. 5th and I haven't heard anything from them since. I have emailed them twice to see what's going on with my order and they have not responded to either email. I'm about to ask paypal for a refund. Seems like a scam. UPDATE The company responded once to my email, but nothing after that. I finally got my item, decent quality.

Promised a product before Christmas

Promised a product before Christmas. One week later i still have not received the product. Their customer service department never responded to me. I only received a response once i disputed with PayPal. Their response was that the product is with the shipper. if i want a refund i will have to wait until i receive it then pay for both the delivery shipping and the return shipping.
