What I really loved about this service was their communication. They notified me that I had booked, notified me when my item was picked up and then notified me when it was delivered and sent who signed for it. I cannot fault the service at all. It deserves 5 stars.

We were in need of Urgent Forwarding Limited's services after being badly let down by another company, Solopress. Urgent Forwarding came to our rescue and collected a banner which we needed for an event after Solopress failed to deliver and didn't care that we needed it. Within 30 minutes of booking the job (midday), Urgent Forwarding had collected the banner from Southend and delivered it to Milton Keynes by 3.15. Would have no hesitation in recommending them for urgent courier services.
