I had a terrible time getting my will through and had to phone and email multiple times and threaten legal action. I was persuaded in the original phone call with Tomas to take out a Power of Attorney document which I was then left to oversee on my own. There was no support. There has been an error and now I am emailing and phoning multiple times a day and no one picks up the phone or responds. It is a con.
Took out a will back in April,cost over £400 pounds still have no will ,the frist to two will sent had mistakes,so try to ring got a response saying it will be sorted nothing,so try ringing again not answering my calls , I have been reipped off by this company with no way of contacting them,do not trust this company
Poor communication from this company. Having written our wills they are dealing with a land registry change on our home .
Despite email on 12th June and attempts to phone, lines ring out and email aren’t answered.
No idea what’s going on

I wanted a simple will initially, John listened to me and explained the complexities of a simple will and what can happen afterwards. As i had a few complications within my will. He addressed them and sorted out everything was about 40% cheaper than what i got quoted in my local solicitor. Only reason for a 4 star he was a few minutes late other than that service was exceptional.

I recently had my will written by Life Plan, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, the process was surprisingly easy. I was quite nervous about sorting my will, but Tom guided me through everything step by step, making sure I understood the process and felt comfortable.
The whole thing was sorted in just a few days, and I didn’t even have to leave the house – being able to do it all from home was a huge bonus as I am always so busy. I honestly wish I had done this years ago! If you’ve been putting it off like I was, I’d highly recommend Life Plan. Excellent service and complete peace of mind.

I saw this company advertised on social media and was really surprised at how knowledgeable they were and how well i was dealt with.
These things can be daunting and honestly, I felt completely comfortable and relaxed when dealing with these guys.
