Had a hiccup with 1 of 2 mold kits getting delayed with USPS. Reached out to y’all, and Mary responded with a game plan in case it was forever lost. Fortunately, the 2nd kit arrived a few days later so we’re all good. Appreciated the reassurance from Mary that I was in good hands if needed. Thank you!

I've been ordering from Bilt for years(formerly Urthotics when I first ordered) and the insoles have been amazing for work. I can walk all day and my feet don't have any pain! It's a decent deal too once they have your foot imprint.

Amanda, was phenomenal! She had thought of questions I didn't think to ask, and made sure all my needs were met. I'm so glad I purchased two pairs: one for work and one for everyday. Overall, the process has been easy and the team has been extremely communicative. I would recommend Bilt labs to anyone with feet issues, even me with no arch, long, skinny feet! Thank you, Amanda.

The Customer Service has been great from day one, when I wanted to make a change to my order. More recently I had a call with Amanda as there was something with my order they wanted to confirm. It was a very small thing that I don’t think most companies would have even noticed, but they still wanted to call me and confirm. And Amanda was really nice to talk with. Loved her attitude and demeanor.

I’ve had plantar fasciitis off and on for several years. But for the past year and a half I’ve had plantar fasciitis that just would not go away. After receiving my inserts. After a few months of using the inserts. I am finally pain free . Thank you

If you are in need of custom orthotic insoles, do not hesitate to use Bilt Labs! I have spent two years and too much money going to doctors trying to get custom insoles to correct multiple problems. When I received my insoles from Bilt Labs, I experienced instant relief. Yes, after two years, instant relief. Bilt insoles have helped me correct plantar facilities, a shin splint, supination AND pain in both hips when walking! Now I can actually walk for exercise without any pain. I am so happy! If you think this is all too good to be true, it’s not. Believe me when I say, the insoles are sleek and custom made to meet your specific needs. Mary in customer service is outstanding. 5 Stars have been earned at this point, but I am sure that when we receive the final product, ALL will remain the same.

There was a couple of details that We needed corrected to insure in the end our Items make it to us with out delay, as in we required an address change, as well as a FEW other things.

I am so happy that is was Mary, because she NEVER offered a Tone ( Via email ) as though She was annoyed with my several emails.

Mary even asked me two questions that I felt were a security check to assure that I was who I truly am, and in the business that I am in.
I LOVED the questions.

In today's world it is hard to find that type of kindness, and customer service when you make a phone call, or send a email to a company.

Amazing product & awesome, highly responsive customer service

I was looking for custom orthotics to give my feet some extra support for sports practices and competitions. Before seeking help my feet would ache after every practice and match, but since having the inserts my feet truly have not bothered me at all! The process was also super user friendly. The instructions are clear on how to do your molds from home, the shipping time was really fast and once I got my inserts ( about a week after I shipped my molds out) they came with a full breakdown of how my orthotics were specifically helping my needs. I love how simple, fast and effective Bilt Labs made my experience! I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs custom orthotics!

I have had foot pain and issues fitting shoes for over 5 years now and seen numerous doctors. They have tried all different store inserts, stretching, PT and even injections with only very little benefit that never lasted. A friend told me I had to try custom inserts made from Bilt Labs. I called them and they were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and they were VERY AFFORDABLE! My custom orthotics came in super fast in a VERY PROFESSIONAL package with easy instructions on what I need to do. I have been wearing them now for a while now and ALL my foot pain, knee pain and even back pain that I didn’t even realize is all GONE!! They fit into all my shoes I love to wear and I now also have no problem long wearing these shoes anymore!! Thanks Bilt Labs and now know why you are the #1 Custom Orthotic maker in America!! I ordered custom orthotics from BILT Labs through my FSA's store. During the checkout process, I was offered the option to add an additional pair of insoles at a low price, which I accepted.

BILT Labs did not provide an invoice for the additional products, only an email confirmation. This raised concerns with the FSA administrators, Navia Benefit Solutions, who informed me that a letter of medical necessity is required before I can use my FSA funds for custom orthotics. According to their policy, I would need to visit a podiatrist who would prescribe the custom orthotics on my behalf.

Unfortunately, my FSA account was charged without the required letter of medical necessity being submitted. I am uncertain about the potential consequences or whether a refund will resolve the issue. It is important to note that I accessed the FSA Store through my FSA website, and purchased BILT Labs' products from the FSA Store. BILT Labs' website indicates that their products are eligible for FSA reimbursement and encourages customers to use their FSA cards.

Update: BILT Labs has issued a refund to my FSA debit card. I will now proceed with resolving the matter through the FSA. I hope the situation can be clarified and addressed in a way that minimizes any negative impact on customers in the future.

I've used custom orthotics for 24 years. I needed new ones for years, ordered a pair through a local vendor and that didn't turn out well. The fit, comfort, timeliness and price of the orthotics from Bilt Labs was excellent. As a result, I ordered another two pair

Ordering was easy. The molds were easy to set. Turn around time was about what I expected. The inserts seem to be working over about 8-10 weeks.

The process was very straightforward and easy. The insoles arrived on-time and well packaged. Overall, a great experience and my lower back pain is gone.

Overall great customer service and a positive experience with the shipping process. Absolutely will go back again.

Manufactured and shipped my orthotics sooner than promised. Product is wonderful! They were also very quick when I requested a copy of the receipt.
