From what I can see, we haven’t performed a side window replacement in Orange County or anywhere in California this year. Additionally, we don’t accept cash payments, as all transactions are processed online. We also do not promise gift cards to our customers.
Our contact details are available on our website, and we do not block any phone numbers—that’s not part of our business practices. When you book with us, all payments are settled directly with our company, not with the technician performing the replacement.

Yes, it makes perfect sense to scam you, block your number as you claim, and then spend time replying to you here on Trustpilot. That seems completely logical for a scam company, doesn’t it?
However, we are a reputable company that values our customers. If you had a booking with us, you would:
- Have an order number.
- See a charge on your credit card from US Auto Glass LLC.
- Have communicated with our customer service team or sent us an email.
Please provide any details that confirm your booking with us by emailing info@us-autoglass.com.
This will allow us to address your complaint, just as we do for other customers who have genuinely booked a replacement with us.
