I could tell the difference…looking forward to using again

It is the first time I have had a company check in whether the product was well received besides informing customer of tracking delivery status.
The mask has a cooling refreshing abd tightening effect. Very easy to put on. It is also great than one can reuse mask for five times. Looking forward to achieving a more defined look.

Some improvement, but not nearly as much as I was hoping.

Scam. I tried to return an unopened package and they responded to my request by saying someone would reach out with return directions but no one ever did. They are not true to their word on their return policy.

I'm trying to return the masks and am told they only offer an 80% refund and must be unused. The website specifically says "will refund every penny - no questions asked".

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK.

An absolute waste of money, you might as well go on an extremely strict military diet and exercise your ass off to get rid of your double chin because this product doesn't do anything at all. Been using it for 4 weeks and not even a slight change or improvement. When I enquired about their 30 days money back guarantee, they said that due to hygiene reasons they cannot accept returns or refunds on used items. How else does one check to see if a product works???? Logic has really flown out the window.

Do yourself a favour and do NOT waste your money. This product is a sham.

I like the effects so far but I’m just getting started. I wish they had a slightly larger size as they are a bit uncomfortable on the ears.
