Nothing works. For some reason they logged me out And even they're own codes won't work. Look for games not needing battlenet launcher. We need to stop giving money to companies that have no customer... See more

The worst experience ever.

Only gave them one star because I couldn’t give them zero. Took my money then won’t let you run game without phone number. Can’t add phone number without changing country, can’t change country without ID, gave license but that’s no good apparently….WTF…..I will never use them again. Gaming is supposed to be fun not like masterbating with a cheese grater.

Most hideous company ever created

This is probably the most cancerous gaming client ever created, i bought cod6 cant even play it because i need a phone number. Alright i give my number says its already in use, i check other account remove my number there and still i cant play the game. After that i tried to make a new account but guess what, battle.net is pure cancer and lets me count dice for 30 minutes just to tell me im not a human. For the love of god stay away from this piece of shit company, never in my entire life have i had such a bad experience as with battle.net. BUNCH OF CLOWNS

I'm not a robot

I'm not even able to make an account. I've tried to make an account for an hour now, but it says I'm not human? Who the hell thought it would be a great idea to make us match a number by finding the right amount of dice? One singular task takes so goddamn long, and they want us to do 15 of them?? Make ONE mistake and you need to spend 15 more minutes, AND even when i do it correctly, it just says that I'm not human.

Biggest joke out there!

Biggest joke out there!! Can’t create a new account because apparently after matching the 9 pictures up correctly 8 different times I’m still not a human. Was able to figure out my old battle.net account and yup I’m permanently deleting it. Such a waste of time.

customer support

worst support in the universe and thats saying something i was got hacked and going through support i made almost 7 tickets because they instantly closed the tickets with no information. I got the last ticket to an actual conversation but you can tell they dont read anything you actually write and just copy paste i ask a question replied by the same message the previous support member said since they all go through the same tickets which is dumb legit talked to like 27 people on the last ticket. I got to the part were they asked for ID and the list of ID they accept is the dumbest list i have ever seen i finally got them to allow me to use my passport and when i sent it to them they said wrong name for the account and instantly closed the ticket. I later answered why it would be different and if they can tell me what the first letter of the account name is so i can give them the correct one but they just said stop talking to us you wont get your account back like this.
BTW this whole situation took almost 2 months from start to finish and maybe 3 if you take into account the ones they instantly close

This business has slowly gotten worse…

This business has slowly gotten worse over the years due to greedy business tactics. I think the customer support is literally the worst part of battle.net, but than again I did grow up playing a lot the games especially Warcraft 2 but they decided to stop selling it sadly among many other disappointing choices they made.

Incompetent Ban System and Horrible Customer Service - Avoid at All Costs

If I could give Battle.net zero stars, I would. This is the second time I’ve been slapped with a ridiculous 30-day ban, supposedly for "spamming abusive chat or advertisements," which is an absolute joke. I rarely, if ever, use voice or text chat—literally the only thing I do is say "hello" to my team at the start of the game. That's it.

This is clearly a broken system where you can get banned simply because a bunch of salty players report you for nothing. There is no actual investigation or oversight, just an automatic, baseless ban. And don't even get me started on their customer service—it's non-existent. I filed a dispute the first time this happened and waited the entire 30 days without hearing a single word back. Absolutely tragic.

For a multi-million-dollar company, this is beyond pathetic. They can't even manage a fair and functional ban system, let alone provide basic customer support. It’s clear they only care about milking money from their players and not about fixing the issues that matter. I strongly recommend avoiding this platform entirely, and honestly, think twice before playing any games made by them. They don’t deserve your time or money. This experience has been nothing but a frustrating nightmare.
