Defective products, prohibitive postage
I have had several Braun products over the years, but the two clocks that you sent me were both defective and the return postage was more than they were worth. This experience has convinced me never to buy from you again.

The knobs for changing time and…
The knobs for changing the time and setting the alarm were extremely difficult to use with my thick fingers. Eventually one broke off. I just set my smartphone for an alarm and use the clock to tell the time. It does have a light to show the time. It is a very small clock.

The first BC03W lasted 3 years
The first BC03W lasted 3 years. It failed because the light at the side of the dial remained on and would not shut off, draining the battery and shutting down the clock. I ordered a second one and it arrived from Europe and is working fine.
