Prompt shipping with tracking, watch nicely packaged. The watch itself is really beautiful and seems very well made. I’m very happy that I took advantage of the sale.

Braun clocks are wonderful: understated yet attractive modern design, practical and reliable. I only wish they were a bit more affordable. Service and speed of delivery is excellent and the website is great.

Nice practical wristwatch. Wish it had luminescent hands for night-time but for the price it is good.

The clock stopped working after a few weeks. It would reset the time and temp randomly. I returned it to you at least 6 weeks ago and have never heard a response or gotten a replacement. Please advise.

Great price and fast shipping for my watch. My bno106 watch is well made and the price was great(bought one for my son too). Met all my needs for a watch. Very easy to read!

Timely and Well Packaged

Received well packaged. Love the charging alarm clock, beautifully made. The wall clock was smaller and cheaper made than expected, but still a beautiful design. Why doesn’t US carry these products? Seems like they’d sell well here, except we only get the razors and such.

I was very much looking forward to wearing this beautiful watch. But unfortunately, Braun is not set up to adequately serve customers overseas. If you are located outside the UK, I would not recommend purchasing from them online.

The watch arrived requiring a repair and it turns out Braun does not provide return shipping labels. Instead, they require you to mail the watch back yourself and cover only up to $15 of that shipment, which costs well over $100. The customer service representative was adamant that it shouldn't cost that much, but that's how much it costs. For such an expensive product, if they are going to send a broken product, they should provide a return mailing label.

The watch also required an adjustment of the band, for which the company recommended the same costly mailing procedure. It would have been much easier for them to include instructions for how to do it myself. To save myself the hassle, I took it to a local repair shop and paid out of pocket.

All in all, I'm surprised by the poor level of customer service from such a well known company and regret buying this watch in the first place.

I cannot tell you about the clock as I have not yet received it! When I wrote to inquire earlier this week, the only response received from Braun was that the USPS had not yet updated the delivery information. I am not at all happy with the time it is taking to receive the clock, nor the failure of Braun to contact the shipping partner directly and provide me with updated delivery information. If the package is not received by the end of the week, I will be canceling it!

The alarm clock arrived promptly.
It has a modern and clean look.
And it is convenient to use.

The BC21 is the perfect minimalist alarm clock, with a very well designed user experience and quality construction. We’ve had it for a few days now, and there is nothing I would change. Delivery from the UK to the US took a few days longer than expected, but that was thanks to Royal Mail keeping the package at Heathrow for a week before putting it on an airplane.

The clock I ordered is great, and customer service responded quickly when there was a problem with shipping (not the fault of Braun). I would use Braun again.

Braun Technical Support did a very diligent job at helping me troubleshoot the analog clock I had purchased. There was a mechanical issue that couldn't be fixed on my end, so Braun issued me a full refund. Although I'm unable to use the alarm (which was the purpose of my purchase), I appreciate the great customer service.

Delivery time was too long ... ordered on Dec. 8, 2021 ... delivered Jan. 3, 2022.
