It’s been more than 2 weeks since I’ve…

It’s been more than 2 weeks since I’ve placed an order and still there is no any update regarding the shipping , no one is responding to emails, the tracking number doesn’t exist! I have a huge platform on IG and will make sure everyone knows they are the scammers!!

Yesterday i ordered the head massager and scalp massager then it showed me the shipping will be done by express shipping up till now nothing has been updated on there application no shipping details nor estimated time and date even i tried to call BREO no one is replying on email and not even receiving my calls guys be careful this is scam im gonna file a dispute and gonna cancel the order

Products Bad quality

I receive the gifts Gun Massage from my friend the box was new still seal but the battery was defective not charge at all. Be careful buy there products. I asked my friend to return she claims quality but no response.

Paid for express shipping and received…

Paid for express shipping and received in standard. Customer service did nothing but tell someone in order management. No one reach out again. Just horrible experience and product is overrated.

I ordered the breo scalp massage brush 7 weeks ago on may 11 2024 and have not received it yet (it’s June 25th now)…..it says it hasn’t been shipped yet and the tracking doesn’t work… I have left several messages and have heard nothing from breo about my order… I think this company must be a scam…I will update my review if I ever receive the scalp massage brush…

Update- Still waiting for the item that was paid for.

Update- the product arrived. I love the product. It took a month to arrive.

Original- The product was paid for as soon as the order when through but the items has never come. Now there is another one that is to arrive but no follow up after saying they are sending it.
