Most of their planners are always out of stock. What's in stock is overpriced for the quality of leather they use. Shop elsewhere.

I purchased an Original Filofax Pocket planner from Filofax US. The website says the original planners are made in the UK. I received the planner today and felt hoodwinked. The box it came in has a UPC sticker on it that says Made In Indonesia. I opened the box. The plastic overlay on the planner says Made In The UK, but there is another UPC sticker that says Made In Indonesia. The inside of the front cover is embossed with Made In The UK, but the flyleaf sticker says Made In Indonesia. I was clearly sold a knock-off from Filofax US. If I wanted a cheap knock-off, I could have shopped on Temu and bought one for $5. I could have gone to Dollar Tree and bought one for a $1.50!!! I went directly to the Filofax US website thinking I would get the real deal. I'll be reporting Filofax US to the BBB and Consumer Affairs for false advertising. I'm so sick of companies selling garbage for top dollar under quality brand names. This planner was over $100. I expected to keep it for years.
I know from experience that anything outsourced to be made in an Asian country will be poor quality, so I avoid purchasing anything made in those countries. But that's not the true point here. The point is that Filofax US clearly states on their website that the original planner is UK-made. This is a LIE. This is false advertising and a company using underhanded bait and switch techniques. Buyer Beware.
