We had the pleasure of visiting their facility in Modena, Italy and found their operation and product to be amazing and top-notch. We ordered product through their US site and even though there was initially a mistake in the product shipped, they corrected it and completed the order. Great customer service communications. I received the wrong product - they didn't correct it
I received the wrong product and wrote to the company to get it fixed and they never responded.
Updated review: Giusti did contact me and made everything right quite quickly. I very much appreciate that. I couldn't give perfect stars because my request wasn't responded to when I wrote directly. Assuming there is a communication glitch.
